Q: Does it have a strap going under your bottom? Please tell me no. We just need a boxer something subtle (not a Chippendale belt)

This Hernia Belt is very well made and DOES include a (REMOVEABLE) center strap - if necessary. Our purchase was for "post surgery" & my husband says it is quite comfortable. It gets continuous use, when needed (for chores/walking, etc.) to lessen any strain on the lower pelvic area. We highly recommend & hope this info has helped.

Q: What does size l/xxl translate to in inches?

L-XL size is 44 inches - 55 inches.

Q: Where can you purchase a replacement pad?
