Smart, Reliable, and Easy to Use
This Kasa 2-Gang Smart Light Switch has been a fantastic upgrade for my home setup—clean, efficient, and full of smart features.🧠 Simple Integration with Alexa & Google HomeIt connects seamlessly with both Alexa and Google Assistant, and doesn't require a hub (as emphasized in the title and feature list on page 1). I’ve been able to automate lighting across two rooms, and it responds instantly to voice commands or Kasa app controls.🛠️ Quick and Clear InstallationInstallation was painless thanks to the included in-app guide (illustrated clearly on page 3 with wiring diagrams). It does require a neutral wire, but if you have one, the whole process takes under 30 minutes with common tools. The product is UL-certified and built for standard single pole setups.📱 Smart Features that Actually MatterI’ve set up custom lighting schedules, grouped this switch with other Kasa devices, and even used “Away Mode” for added security when I’m not home (shown on pages 2–3). Everything syncs reliably via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.✅ Pros:Works with Alexa, Google Assistant, SmartThingsNo hub required, UL listedCustom schedules, Away Mode, and grouping supportClean look and durable feelAffordable price for a 2-gang smart solution❌ Cons:Must have a neutral wireNot compatible with 3-way switchesOverall:If you’re looking to control two switches with a single smart unit, the Kasa HS200-2 delivers beautifully. Smart functionality, voice control, easy installation—this checks all the boxes for modern lighting control.

First smart switch - love it
My first smart switch and I love it. No hub needed so that fit my needs. Install was same as a regular switch and quality is solid. Connected to my wifi no problem. The app is also easy to use and control the switch. I also like it has a smart feature where you can turn on/off at sunrise/sunset or a specified time.100% would recommend.

The easiest smart switch to install in the world!
KASA has always been a solid and reliable product. I've installed many of these around my house. They are a breeze to install, easy to configure and auto add to Amazons Alexa devices. They are by far the easiest smart switch to add to your household.

Pretty good but some bugs with setup
One of the two Belkin WeMo smart dimmer switches I was using for years decided to go crazy and quit (flashing red and turning the lights on and off in rapid succession) so I decided to replace them both with this.It wasn't fun working in the tight space with rigid wiring but I got it done and I think the end result looks pretty good.I did have some setup issues trying to set it up on my Android phone. First, the setup asked me a weird questions about Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and to choose the setup method that was on the package but there wasn't any setup method specifically mentioned on the package so I figured it's probably Wi-Fi but it didn't work at first so then I tried Bluetooth which didn't work either.I think the Wi-Fi method failed because my phone doesn't like to connect to any Wi-Fi network that doesn't have Internet so I had to manually connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network and tell Android I still wanted to be connected to that network even though it didn't have Internet access. Anyway, after that mess was sorted out the app went into some strange firmware update loop and dimmer setting loop. I had to dump out of the app to get out of the loop.So minus 1 star because the setup and app need some debugging and fine tuning because software setup was harder and more time consuming than it should have been... such is life with all the tech bugs these days. It's great when it works right, but it's rare when everything works the way it's suppose to the first time.

Great smart switch
Have them all over my home and I love them. Great when its dark, the adjustable LED really helps target the switch. Easy to install and manage and the software provides decent additional capabilities like scheduling, auto off etc. Great price for the quality of switch.

Super convenient. Easy to install and setup.
So far so good! I love the convenience of the schedules and timers through the app. I have the front door light hooked up to this and have it scheduled to turn on 30 min. after sunset and turn off 30 min. before the sunrise. Works out great! Love the convenience.

Works great with our new recessed lights! Works great with SmartThings, Alexa, Google Home
Saw a couple of reviews saying they had difficulty setting this up. And even one saying this 2 gang kit is less reliable than 1 gang...well this 2 gang kit is actually composed of two individual 1 gang units...that can be combined into a 2-gang wall plate. For us, it was easy and flawless. Perhaps key is to make sure you're attempting to connect this to 2.4ghz wifi. Some wifi routers combine all radios...2.4ghz, 5ghz, etc into the same wifi SSID. Some devices have issues connecting to combined SSID's. Do yourself a favor and configure your wifi router to use unique SSID per radio. This way, when you connect to the assigned SSID for your 2.4ghz wifi, you are guaranteed that your device(s) are attempting to connect at 2.4ghz and not 5ghz.After successful wifi connectivity, it prompted me to do a firmware update. That was successful too. I already have my Kasa app (we have other Kasa switches in the house already) linked to SmartThings, Alexa, and Google Home, so it was as easy as saying "Alexa, turn on kitchen lights" or "Hey Google, turn off dining lights". The physical dimmer buttons work great as expected...however, I have not tried using voice commands to control light dimming fuctions.
