Lo esperaba llegó muy bien

This book will help you with key and basic words. You'll be able to see the words in Spanish and English. It helped me with words I didn't understand. Note: This isn't a book to learn English completely, but rather a helpful tool.

I am a certified EL teacher and currently work in an elementary school. I often get to know the families of my students and often volunteer in the summer to help parents who want to learn English better. I have used this book and really like the colorful visuals, the online component, and the opportunities for practicing all 4 domains of language learning: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The online component allows learners to practice at their own pace. I would definitely recommend using this study program in conjunction with face-to-face meetings to clarify information, practice, and motivate learning.

These books are really well produced. They offer a gradual and progressive teaching approach that I have been looking for and that for many months! I ordered many other ESL teaching books in the last few years and all of them have gone to the recycling bin! However, these books are IT!!! I will be using them for my mixed ESL classes. I will no longer have to spend endless hours on the Web surfing from one site to the next, trying to find the perfect exercises! Eventhough some of the speakers on the listening activities have a British accent, there are just as many speakers with the North American accent, which is good for my French Canadian students. That way, they also have to get familiar with the different accents they may encounter when they travel abroad or when they watch English TV. These books present different activities in each section, with exercises that are not too long but diversed, so that makes it interesting for the students! I have bought level 1 through to level 3 so far, and I will be ordering level 4 soon!
