Dishwasher safe and durable. They are glass/ceramic so obviously don’t slam them down. However the times I feel like I’ve set it down too hard. I find it intact!

The LE TAUCI are beautiful dishes, very sturdy, perfect size. I've had many dish sets over the years and I can honestly say these are the best! The color is perfect for my farmhouse look, not too white and not too cream, has the perfect "off white" color if that's what you are looking for.

Ordered an inexpensive melamine set for a small kitchenette. Upon unpacking, a salad plate was broken into several pieces but, trusting Amazon, I ordered a replacement, which arrived promptly. However, this set had a broken dinnerplate. So much for being cheap, I ordered a set of Le Tauci which arrived today. Twice the price, $26 more, no big deal. They are ceramic, not cheap plastic and were extremely well packed, nothing broken. Very nice, worth the $50+.
