Got this for my 10-year-old right as he started junior high, and it's been a great fit for that first step toward independence.AI SmartPin Tracking – Uses Google Maps + AI to keep refining location accuracy, even indoors. Way more reliable than other kid trackers I've tried, especially useful now that he's moving around a bigger campus.Parent App Controls – I can manage his watch settings, check call logs, and view location history with route playback right from my phone. Great for elementary age kids
We got this watch for our child that is in elementary school, and it has been a really great addition. There are a few things on the watch that they enjoy like a step tracker and some music, but there are not enough things on the watch to be a distraction. They enjoy being able to talk with other friends that have the same watch and send me pictures as well. There is a bit of inconsistency with us being able to contact them with the call feature. We have found that turning the watch on and then off again usually fixes the situation. Would def recommend for a younger kid in the 10 year old range

Peace of mind
Watch has been great for my daughter. She enjoys being able to talk to family and we like that we can see her location. Wish the battery lasted a little longer but she makes it through the day and charges it at night. Great customer service response.

Great way for kids to stay in touch
The watch has been such a wonderful tool for my children! They have been able to stay in touch with their friends without compromising their sanity or development with extra apps and internet access. I like that I can control who they can talk to and who can call them. I also have used the tracking feature quite often to make sure they are on their way home when they are supposed to be! The only negative I can think of is that it is hard to type on it and the speech to type is not the best so my kids have to keep repeating words.

This watch does exactly what it is intended to do. It gives our child a sense of independence and us a peace of mind.The App is super intuitive and we can easily track multiple children/watches at once. Easy to set up and customer service has been great on multiple occasions - even answered with no hold time on Christmas Day.Just the right amount of functionality for our 10 year old that isn't quite ready for a traditional smart watch.Highly recommend.

Battery not working
We bought this for our child as he was leaving to summer school. From the very first day, the battery only lasted 6 hours. Later it lasted less and less , charging very little during the whole night and after 20 days it shut off completely and never went back on. As our child was away from day one using the watch , we weren’t able to return the item … 200 euros straight in the bin. Zero recommendable
