Great price. Solid, not flimsy or too heavy. Runs quickly and smoothly.

Great laptop, so far. But no backlite keyboard.

The reliability of these Laptop are in questions, after 5 Month of very lightly use the Wireless card already faulty and keypad/mouse is not very responsive. Spend a little more and get something else.

Don't buy from these guys. I purchased this computer, used it lightly ( maybe a few hours) over 6 months, tried starting it again recently - wouldn't start. I tried Dell customer support, supposedly the system is registered in Serbia, with a 3 year warranty. After a long heated conversation with Dell customer support, they gave me authorization to take to a local Dell service shop - it still cost me $60, they said they couldnt say for sure what the problem was - appeared the hard drive was corrupted. Dell then send me a box to send to them for repairs - they just reported that the hard drive was not theirs - so no warranty, no repair. Measnwhile, still needed a computer, so just dropped about $600 on another. I'll never buy a computer from a third party vendor again.

Power house PC for for the price.

Graphics is UHD and not the Iris Xe. Disappointed.Update: its hardware config issue. They switch memory to 1 stick 16g dd4-2133. Iris Xe needs dual channel or it defaults to UHD. Replaced with 2x 8gb ($40) 2666 to get Iris Xe working. Still 3 stars because Dell should know better than 16gb single channel isnt the same as 16gb dual channel.

Three problems:1. Feels flimsy and fragile, like a cheap piece of thin plastic.2. Entire machine freezes for no apparent reason--cursor locks, screen locks, Ctrl-Alt-Del does nothing; have to turn it off and let it sit for a bit.3. Screen goes crazy--scrolling bits of colour, and machine freezes--again, turning it off and letting it sit is the only option.4. Keyboard and screen freeze whenever I move it.Worst problem: I'd gladly trade this in for a Dell Latitude, but because I could not set it up right away I didn't know about these problems until I was just outside the return window, so I am stuck with an unreliable machine.I would not buy this product again, nor can I in good conscience recommend it (to my regret).Update (after one year)Software fails to transmit sound through HDMI; we switched to bluetooth, but sound is now delayed by 1.35 seconds. Two weeks after this happened, the laptop fails to turn on; it's nothing but an expensive plastic brick.Upshot: My Dell Latitude is fine, but I cannot recommend this model.

I could not skip or maybe later avoiding singing into Microsoft to avoid using its browser instead of Duck Duck Go. I returned this POS for a refund and I was given half of what I paid. I will never buy anything expensive from Amazon again. Also had a bad experience with a telescope that only applies to phones…I mean wtf people, you engineers and investors suck I had to choose one star to post any response which is in itself more bs. This whole scenario has a lowered standard which is unacceptabel
