So glad that these are available on Amazon! I looked all over for these in Japan and when I finally asked a drugstore pharmacist, he claimed they were fake. They may not work for all pain, but they work for me! It takes away bothersome surface pain within minutes. I used it for frozen shoulder and now for my neck.

I workout about 5-6 times a week and my muscles hurt, these help a lot better than Salonpas. Plus they stick in way better as well and stay in place. I leave them on 2-3 days and they seem to help alleviate my aches and pain.

I've used this product for years and recently twisted my ankle. It was swollen and painful for weeks (an old injury that never heals well when exacerbated by new injury) while I took anti-inflammatories, iced, rested, elevated, etc. Then, I found some of these Phiten Dots in my house and recalled how they always help soft tissue injuries feel better. I placed 4 dots around my swollen ankle, and the next morning awoke pain free for the first time in over a month. It was like magic. Not just the pain, but the swelling was dramatically reduced too. I have fairly dry skin, and can keep them on for several days. They peel off easily and don't leave a sticky residue. Can be worn in the shower and still last for days. I'm very happy with this product and will continue to use them as needed.

Although they don’t completely alleviate my chronic neck pain, they can help decrease it a fair amount. Results are best if there is symmetry on each side of my neck in the number and relative location of stickers. By day 3, they can become fairly sticky and be a bit painful to remove without using rubbing alcohol or some sort of oil. Removal can also cause some skin irritation, so I usually wait at least overnight before putting new ones in the same area.

It may not work for everybody, but it works for me, and i like the way i can apply them right to the point of pain. Neck, shoulder and recently knee.

I am as skeptical as you can be about modern-day "Snake Oil" products that don't have any proven or demonstrable scientific benefit. So when my tennis teammate--who used these to treat back and shoulder pain--gave me a few of these to try, I was quite dubious. I have chronic Achilles swelling and pain, so I put a few dots directly on the pain locales, expecting nothing. Yet somehow, these dots seems to promote blood flood and healing. I can't say they have miraculously cured it completely, but they definitely seem to make the area feel better than if I did nothing (or just my usual stretching etc.). I have also tried them on my wrist & elbow for related tennis aches, and again, they seem to help. A box of 70 should last me several months, so the net cost is quite low per use. Worth a try, although I would still like someone to explain the actual science behind this product.

I applied it on problem areas on my back and stomach ad I definitely felt that energy was flowing more throughout my body. I was VERY wide awake when I had five throughout my back and midsection. Removing them made my able to sleep again. It was strange. Mostly I bought these because forums mentioned they helped with keloids and I'm honestly eager to give anything a shot if it helps. This didn't help the keloid but maybe it would help people seeking energy or relief from pain. The change is very subtle but I did notice the increased energy.

I can always depend on this tape to help relieve the pain on the back of my foot! It’s a miracle worker for me!!

Great product that really works to give you targeted pain relief. The patches are flexible & stay on for a few days even after exercise & showering. Would definitely recommend.
