Haven’t noticed, felt or seen any difference but have MS so may affect me differently… Easy to take, don’t like the fact the company uses sucralose instead of steviol to sweeten, especially in a health product. I’m wary of any company using ingredient short cuts to boost profit at the expense of the liver!!! Would be good value for money if I could notice a difference. No immediate side effects but I’m sure the sucralose will see to that with long term use. Not effective enough to warrant messing up my liver. Sorry… company should rethink using steviol (plant based) instead of sucralose (chemistry based)!

I had great results with this product definitely made me sweat alot during my workouts and increased energy. I do have a problem sticking to diets but I did lose some weight with this product and showed a difference in my body. I did use the bathroom alot more then usual it was like this product was flushing my system maybe it was just me everyone is different. Overall I would purchase this product again
