Okay, the larger of these 2 is GINORMOUS! You will never need another silicone baking mat if you invest in these. I'm very happy with them. I really like having the conversions for Fahrenheit and Celsius, and also a measurement table printed right on it so I don't have to go hunting for that info. And I really appreciated the nice bench scraper that came with it since I only had a very cheap plastic one. At the time of my review they are priced at $14.99 for all 3 items which I think is a great price and value. Let the bread and pie baking begin!

I've just recently started making homemade tortillas and this has been a big help rolling out the dough. Easy to clean, easy to use, I love the pieces to change how thick you'd like to roll everything out. It's not too light and not too heavy, it's great quality for the price

I cannot judge thicknesses by eye, which means my rolled cookies are never consistent, so I was looking for rings for my rolling pin, but I couldn't find any that fit. Then I saw this pastry set and decided to give it a try.First of, what a value. It comes with the rolling pin and the rings (4 sizes). I would have been happy with just those, but it also comes with a nice bench cutter that has measurements on both sides of the blade. And my favorite part is a really nice silicone mat that has measurements along the sides (both inches and centimeters), a temperature conversion chart, and measured circles (soooo handy when rolling out pie crusts, tortillas, or pita, etc.). The mat is not quite as thick as my old silpat, but much thicker than a recent mat I got. I love it!Here's a tip for you: be very careful using the bench cutter (or a rotary noodle cutter or pizza cutter) on that mat! I've accidentally sliced both my other two mats with every one of those tools by not paying attention... it doesn’t affect the mat's usefulness at all, but it is still a little heartbreaking when it happens.I would be happy to pay the current price for any one component in this set, so to get all of them together is quite a bargain.

Wow! These mats are large and huge! They are much better than I was anticipating. They show temperatures and measurements. I am very happy with both of them because they will be easy to clean and will help me to roll out the dough to the correct size. They also came with a bench scraper which was a nice plus.
