Easy win to improved loaf
A tiny amount (0.5% of flour) gives the bread a more stretchy/bouncy texture and better crust.

Definitely improves the taste of my loaves, saves on yeast, and gives a nice crust colour. The bread stay moist for longer too. I used another make for years, but can't get that any more. This one is just as good. I use 5g (1 tsp) per 500g flour.
