The application of the decal shows a great deal of cloudy film, should I trim the decal?

The cloudy overlay films needs to be removed once decal is applied to surface, just peel it off. Thanks

I just peeled the paper from the back and stuck it on. Not sure why you would use soapy water as it would wash adhesive off I would think.

Is it peel the tank side of the decal & stick & peel off top cloudy film & done? Can I ever remove them to use them elsewhere? If not removable.

Yes, peel up decal with overlay tape off of backing paper, then apply decal to surface, once applied remove overlay tape leaving only the decal. These can only be used 1 time.
