Product not to the mark

This is a fantastic back and neck massager! It combines shiatsu and rolling massage with heat and three vibration modes. You can choose to massage the upper back, lower back, or the full back, and you can also stop the rollers in one spot for a targeted massage, which is a real plus. The top of the mat has two cone-shaped massage nodes designed to target the neck, shoulders, and head. I especially like that the neck and main body massage areas operate independently, so you can use either one on its own or both at the same time. This makes it easy to target exactly the areas that need attention. It also comes with a large flap that covers the massage nodes and softens the intensity if needed. I prefer using it without the cover for a deeper massage, while my son prefers using the cover for a gentler experience. It is wonderful! Everyone in my home loves it. You could buy several different massagers to target all the different areas of your upper body, but this one covers most of them in a single unit. It is comfortable, relaxing, and provides a great variety of massage options. I am very pleased with this purchase and think it is a good value.

I work from home and don’t move around as much as I should. This back and neck massager is offering some good relief for my back pain. I love the neck massager too, especially with the heat turned on. It really helps when I have a stiff neck but it is also great just for a regular massage. The rollers on the neck massager can be height adjusted so that they are in the right position for your sitting height. The massaging rollers for your back move up and down or you can set them to move only in the upper or lower back zone. And when you find the perfect sweet spot for an area that needs massaging you can press the “spot” button and it will stay in that position. I use that option frequently on my lower back. The vibration feature I don’t use very much but it is a nice option to have. The remote is nice and easy to understand. The lights on the rollers and the side pocket for the remote are a nice touch. You can unzip the cover where your head goes, I am guessing to allow you to wash it. The built quality and the materials they used seem really nice. I feel like it is a good value for the money, especially if you compare it with the cost of 2 or 3 visits at the chiropractor. And they try to get you to come back to milk your credit card some more!

The Comfier Shiatsu Back Massager has quite a few features and is so easy to operate. Just plug it in, secure it to your chair with the back strap, and it's ready to go. On the attached remote - which does not require batteries - you can choose between shiatsu, rolling, and spot massages. You can also choose the area to focus on (full back, lower back, upper back, or spot - choose your own!), with or without heat. You can also select a separate (or simultaneous) neck massage with or without heat, and choose the direction of the neck massage. Lastly you can also select from several options of the vibrate feature, which feels extra relaxing.I work from home, but rarely ever use my desk chair. This mat is going to change that. I'll actually look forward to sitting in my chair to do work! While it is a bit heavy to carry around, it's still portable enough that you can place it in any number of seats - or even your car, I would imagine. I highly recommend this product.
