Quality is nice, good finish and pretty well made. Only issue is the holes for the top bar didn't line up meaning we had to drill new holes to get it to work. Other than that it was simple to put together with relatively well laid out instructions. Works well and my toddler can get up and down it really well with the handles. Have no issues with safety, love the grip bits you can stick to the steps

Highly disappointed. A piece of wood snapped during assembly. We will see how it goes, returning is a hassle when it’s halfway assembled. Frustrating.

Sturdy and nice looking. The down side is that there are quite a few pieces to put together - the up side is that they were well labelled and fit like they were supposed to.

Arrivata nei tempi stabiliti, tutti i pezzi sono contrassegnati da una lettera che li identifica nelle istruzioni per il montaggio per cui è stato davvero semplice assemblarla senza sbagliare, fortunatamente nessun tipo di problema con i fori delle viti (avevo letto recensioni non bellissime su questi punti) ma tutti piuttosto precisi. Una volta montata da l'idea di essere piuttosto salda, non scricchiola e non traballa, ma soprattutto è ben richiudibile per cui occupa davvero poco spazio quando non viene usata! Cosa che per la nostra cucina minuscola è indispensabile! Il mio bimbo di 19 mesi ci si è fiondato appena montata e la adora, sale molto facilmente mentre ha qualche difficoltà in più per scendere dato che i due gradini in basso non sono molto sporgenti, ma penso imparerà presto. Per ora mi ha fatto davvero un ottima impressione e sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto, vedremo poi nel tempo se resisterà abbastanza bene.

The design is good and it's not a bad product. The silicone pieces that are provided to make the steps non-slip are horrible. There is no adhesive to keep them from coming off the wood. Also, the holes that the pegs fit into for the back security bar were not a perfect fit and required some adjustment. I expected a little more for the price.
