CAP 1" Extra Thick Yoga Mat, Exercise Mat with Strap, Multiple Colors

I've really been loving this yoga mat so far. The thickness is one of my favorite features. It's super thick, comfortable, and provides great cushioning while exercising. The grip is also excellent. It doesn't feel slippery, and I feel stable while using it. The mat rolls up easily and comes with a convenient strap, making it simple to store or take with me. I'm 5'3", and the length is perfect for me. It has plenty of room and is also a great width. The only issue I noticed was that when I received it, there was a spot where it looked like it had been pressed against something, leaving an indentation that has not come out. However, this does not affect the use of the mat. Overall, this is a comfortable, easy-to-use yoga mat that feels well-made, and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice and thick, but sturdy. It is extremely comfortable to do my physical therapy exercises on, and have no probem with balance or stability. At 73, I can get on it and off it with relative ease. It was definitely worth the price. I've only had it about a month. My only problem with it, ha ha, is that my cat likes it too. Sometimes she digs her claws into the edges if she kneads, which, of course, does leave a mark, but it hasn't torn the mat up.

Love this yoga mat. Super thick and comfortable on your knees, hands and back. Nice long length, good for any height. Strong foam material that has held up really well! Good price for the great quality.

We wanted a thicker Matt to use on our home gym. This one does not disappoint! Makes floor work much comfortable and easier.

We ordered this mat for it's thickness. We use it at home as both of us "oldies" are getting PT and need to exercise. It is good density yet durable and we roll it when not using it. It has a carry strap although we don't transport it. I really like the light green color, so it looks good. When on hands and knees it's stable and supports me. I practice getting up and down from the floor, so the stability matters. It would be 5 stars, but we needed to put it in the garage to "off-gas" the plastic smell for a few days. I also mopped it and hosed it down since we are putting our bodies on it. All that was easy enough, but needs to be done.

This thing surprised me how well it's made. Thick and comfy to lay/sit on.

I love this mat, with some caveats. I use it for exercise- ab stuff, pilates, etc, and it works perfectly on my hard floors. I like it so much I bought a second one a year ago, but now I'm noticing that the cushy bits get pancake thin where a lot of heavy use happens. Clearly, these won't last for too many years. But for $25, that seems not unusual. Also, they are bulky! That is partly why I chose this one, but it is too large to roll up, too big to leave flat in my small home, and too floppy to prop against a wall. All that to say, I'll buy this same one again when I need another.

Good mat. Thick foam and very comfortable although it rolls up pretty large. Expected given thickness and long length.

Thick, padded!! Good support for tailbone cushion during sit-ups, crunches, and ab workouts, reduce pressure and discomfort while exercising. nice mat. Time will tell if it’s durable. Shipping was super fast. Amazon is Amazing…

Not same as described, very poor and thin material and color

According to the description and photos it should be teal, it was clearly black, on the photos in was mentioned that it will be including the carry stripe, it was also not there or I have not seen it

Great size, comfortable for the back.
