Great for endurance
This actually works I haven't had so much time to use it but it is amazing it's for some reason I cannot do this while walking around because I cannot breathe but I'm going to work on that to build my endurance!

Ran over 1.5 miles and didnโt even realize it!! Wasnโt winded at all, and it definitely helped my breathing for when I started to run without it. 10/10

Didnt fit my mouth well, constantly felt like I would gag with it in my mouth. Like the idea but the execution left some off.
