at first they taste good. theres a good amount of seasoning on them. but after a few the taste starts getting weird. or maybe the egg white flavor is coming out. im not sure. but they are good in moderation or as a quick fix snack. they are kind of like a crunchy cheetoh and about the same size too.

The weight of the package was just over one (1) pound, which makes sense, these are puffs.Country of manufactureCanada. Each puff is about ¼” in diameter and about 1 ¼” to 1 ½” in length. The weighs vary but I estimate them to be less than 1 gram a puff and I roughly estimate there are over (50) puffs in each bag.TextureCoarse, but light, very easy to crunch away at.Damage to the Crisps?So far, not a single puff was broken. Every puff was intact, which is incredible. I have had these kinds of snacks which between five (5%) to as much as (50%) suffered some sort of damage and were not shaped as intended. Therefore, the quality control appears excellent. That’s a positive for me.Taste, smell, and suchFirst, there is no accounting for taste. What is delicious for one person may not be another. But there are universal basics. First, the puffs are sturdy and durable, however, they are also on the thinner side and very crunchy. If biscotti measured as a (10) for hardness and a Ritz Cracker a four (4), these would be a five (5) for hardness.AromaThe aroma is a slight vinegar, with a hint, real or imagined, of rice. The taste is that of salt and vinegar, but very Suttle and not overpowering, which I liked. I liked these for their crunchiness, and I thought they pared very well with water or a soda. Three (3) bags were quickly eaten, before this review. I ate the puffs as I was typing this. I truly have enjoyed each bag.ValueThey are competitively priced, with other famous brands, that are protein based – which is why these are more expensive than grain-based snacks – these are made from egg whites, so, a specialty item.Serving size?One (1) bag.BenefitsKeto friendly, which is shocking; 12 grams of protein, which is good; two (2) grams of fiber, I wish they had more; about 2 grams of sugar – but none added, which is very reasonable, and 135 calories, which is on the lower side of average.FatThree (3) grams of fat – that’s ½ of a competitor’s, of which there is “no” saturated fat, which is amazing. I like the concept for these, and from a nutrition standpoint, it makes sense. The issue for me is when you actually taste them.They are cheesy, as claimed but the underlying egg taste is very, very prominent. That's an issue for folks like me who don't like the taste of eggs.Family members who do enjoy eggs were a little pit off as well because it's not a flavor you'd expect.

I found these egg protein snacks to be really good. The white cheddar flavor was the stand-out best, with the sour cream and sea salt flavors coming next. The barbecue was decent. These puffs are a good size and pretty firm and crunchy. All the flavors have a distinct eggy taste, mostly as an aftertaste, which can linger awhile. That was my partner's biggest complaint but I didn't mind it. Good snacks all around.

They do have an eggy taste. They are really light like a lighter cheese poof. They taste good, even with the egginess. My picky 5yo even liked them. So it's a win.

These are definitely egg snacks lol. The aftertaste is definitely egg, so if you don't like eggs then don't get them. If that doesn't bother you, then these might be up your alley.My husband likes them more than me, but I can still eat some of each flavor, just not many. I think the bbq ones are the best with the least egg aftertaste. They are crunchy, and fairly decent tasting, and I think they are really something you would have to try yourself to determine if you'd like them. They are different, but it's nice.

While egg whites in a crispy ready to eat snack sounds weird, this Todd's Better Snacks is quite tasty. They are more mild in flavor, meaning less salty, and has the same great crispy texture found in any other store bought crispy puff. The taste is what I expect from sour cream and onion, with a bit more tanginess compared to other sour cream and onion flavored chips/puffs I had. This is a high protein snack at 12 grams of protein per serving and great for body builders.The fact that this snack is baked and not fried also is something I look for in a chip/puff. I would not feel guilty eating this snack and would definitely consider purchasing again.

What I want from salt & vinegar flavored foods is a punch in the mouth, so I was a bit let down by these. They are very very mildly flavored to me. The texture is good; a typical crunchy kind of melty protein puff texture that if you've had other puffs then you know what I mean. The high protein content is definitely a plus if you are looking to add more to your diet. Overall they are fine. My husband liked them a lot more than me and my 3 year old liked them too. Just not intensely flavored enough for me.
