Useless. The idea is good but the slots are not deep enough that only grab half the teeth. damages your bottom bracket for sure.

As others have said, the soft aluminum is not the tool for the job. I was (barely) able to get 1 of 2 cups off before it stripped out; it didn't help that it didn't want to sit flush against the cup, even though it was nominally the right size. Get what you pay for, I guess.

It didn't work well for me.

Managed to only get one side to manufacturer spec of 50Nm. Tool stripped half way through threading opposite side.

I really wanted to like this tool, but used it with my torque wrench at 14Nm and as you can see in the attached photo, it did not do well. The little nubs are too weak and ate away at my new Hollowtech 2.
