McCormick Culinary Herbes de Provence, 6 oz - One 6 Ounce Container of Herbes de Provence Seasoning, Blend of Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Lavender and More

I go through this spice like water. Salt and this spice used liberally makes the best "beer can" chicken. Not basting. Nothing. Takes about an hour on indirect heat on the grill. A dietary staple much to the chagrin of PETA. Make it all year round. Moist. Juicy. Tasty. My father in law's "secret" spice he shared with me over a couple beers. Friends and family tried for decades to duplicate his chicken. Little did they know. It is SO easy.

These are a great value, about 1/8 the price of grocery store herbs de provence. The bottle is restaurant sized, so you'll get a lot of use out of it. The herbs do not taste super fresh (but neither do any of the other brands), but they do taste fresh enough. There's some lavender in there but not a lot. Mostly it seems to be thyme, sage, tarragon and oregano.

Very Good! Buying a 4oz bottle at the store saves lots of money! Great price and Great taste! Great on meat and vegetables! Use it in almost all dishes.

I've used McCormick Herbes de Provence blended spice for many years. Being able to purchase it in a larger quantity is so convenient. I just refill the smaller jar in my spice rack from this large container, and keep the large container in a cool, dry storage area in my pantry. This blend is excellent with beef stew, potatoes au grauten, potato soup, any braised or sautéed chicken, and fish. It also goes well with lemon sauces.

Nice product at an affordable price compared to grocery store. Far more affordable than the small bottles offered by our grocery stores.
