The recommendation is to take 2 teaspoons after every meal. To say that this product is too bitter for that recommendation to be plausible is an understatement. I have taken Swedish bitters for years and those I just need to cut with a little bit of water. These just taste awful. I created a little bit of a “mocktail” to be able to make the medicine go down, because I do really appreciate the health benefits of these products. Here’s my recipe in case you want to give it a go: 2 teaspoons of each black seed and soursop bitters, 1.5 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 1 oz non-alcoholic dark rum (I use “Ritual Zero Proof). Stir and sip. I prefer it over ice. Bottoms up!!!

Where did all of my Soursop go? I received my order today and it was leaking as you can see in the photos. It’s says that it’s nonreturnable, but I would like to get what I paid for without any problems or a refund.

Amazing product!!! Does not take the best but you have to troop past that so you can get the results you are looking for. I brought this for helping with my gut health and to shrink this tummy… I have been feeling like my tummy has gone down but haven’t really weighed in to see. I normally take the bitters and eat tangerine. Go Ahead and give it a try

I gave 3 stars only because the taste is HORRIBLE. Tastes like spoiled Robitussin. Like it’s unbearable. It says to mix it with something like juice …. I strongly advise you not too, the taste cuts through everything even a smoothie. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what but I mean I’m still taking my shots because ik when it’s really good for you it doesn’t taste good, especially with all the different ingredients in it.I’ve been taking this for a week now and I’ve felt a huge difference in my energy but no results with my weight or bowels. Will come back after a month of using it faithfully

My first order I was disappointed in the packaging. The Black Seed Bottle was clearly smaller and had less product in a plastic bottle. I could not return it. The second order the packaging was correct full glass bottle. Please send full glass bottles only. Good product
