Yes, each bath bomb in the bag is individually wrapped in clear plastic.

Q: Do thry turn the water a pooey colour?

No, it goes a bright yellow colour. You have to use lots though otherwise the water just goes a bit foggy

Q: Does the bath bomb change the colour of the water?

It took two or three to change the colour very slightly, personally not a success for my granddaughter, wouldn’t buy them again
