I had been thinking about buying a massage chair for a long time. I did a lot of research on different models and the features I wanted. I tried several at specialty stores, Costco, and the mall. I was still hesitant because of the cost. Eventually, I came across the iboomas P03. It had all the features I was looking for—plus a few extras—at a lower price point compared to other brands. The main reasons I chose the P03 was its electric foot extension, as opposed to the spring-loaded ones. This feature allows for a stretch mode and completely takes the pressure off your feet when the chair is reclined. And at this price point, I haven’t found any other chair that offers 50+ airbags along with calf rollers. The airbags can massage the hands and forearms separately, which help me greatly with the pain in my hands. Once I placed the order, the chair arrived within two weeks, and setup was straightforward. The footrest came pre-attached, and the only thing I needed to install was the control pad holder. The quality of the chair exceeded my expectations—it feels solid and very comfortable. There’s no rattling or shaking, even when the rollers are running at full power, and all the movements are smooth. I also downloaded the app, which lets me control everything right from my phone. I had a bunch of questions, and the customer service was very knowledgeable and patient. I ask a lot of questions on big purchases because if they have bad customer service. I know I will not get any support in the future. iboomas did an excellent job answering all of my questions and provided helpful tips and advice on how to use the chair effectively. My girlfriend and I use it every night for about 30 minutes, and it’s been a lifesaver after long workdays. On the weekends, it is my go-to chair for naps.

I've owned this chair for 7 months now & have mixed feelings. Here's summary w/ details following 😀 OVERALL: 5 ⭐️ ‐> for sleek chair, excellent quality, super easy set up, moving is a breeze with wheels on base, small footprint (hugs close to wall/not overly wide), fun bells and whistles - bluetooth, charging station, lighting, ionized air, led screen, hand panel, extra removable padding & chair cover. *EXCELLENT* 4D massage capabilities! 2 ⭐️ -> for blimey overly aggressive calf and foot air bags. I previously had a decent massage chair but needed something more. I worked a very physically strenuous job where I also walked 5-10 miles a day. This chair marked off the majority of my upgrade boxes ie: calf roller, AI body scan, all roller movents, true zero gravity and smaller foot print. On most levels this chair has exceeded my expectations in a wondeful way. Unfortunately, it has also gone beyond in one area negatively. The air bags - specifically the leg and ankle ones. If there is a way to control the pressure in them I haven't been to figure that out. They're WAY too intense...to the point that you feel trapped. And once you realize the chair is trying to squeeze the life out them it's quite the struggle to prior your legs and feet out of it's grip - often the only solution is to power off the chair. 95% I mostly keep my legs out or try barely place them to get any potential benefits fr feet rollers & stretching settings. If an update would fix this issue I would be over the moon & say this chair was no less than perfect!! Five stars all the way. As is, I love the roller movents - they flow wonderfully and the varying depths/speeds create a more natural feeling massage. The extended library of massage routines and roller movents is excellent along with the create your own option to focus on one movement to which you can pinpoint to a specific area or full spine. Multiple heating areas are excellent. I love that the rollers work every inch of my spine.

This chair is great. It has all the features of a high end massage chair at an affordable price. It gives a great massage with many different options and amenities. But the best part is the truly exceptional customer service. They will take the time to address any concerns and answer all of your questions as well as provide advice and tips to get the most out of the massage chair and tailor it to your specific needs and situation. Highly recommend!!

So far, this chair is awesome. I wish I could program a tailored automated program. The manual settings don't automate every function. But overall, I'm happy with the chair.

This is a long review but full of good information. I would first like to describe the confusing and frustrating delivery process, as that pertains to having ordered from Amazon, then I’ll tell you about the fantastic customer service I received from iBooMas! I ordered my chair on July 29, 2026. I received it on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 6:53 am, but I was not aware the order would arrive that day. The chair was originally scheduled for delivery on Monday, August 10. The tracking updates were unclear throughout. For example: • On Wednesday, August 5 at 9:30 a.m., it showed “out for delivery.” • At 12:26 p.m. the same day, it showed a transfer to a large-item carrying facility for final delivery. • On Thursday, August 6 at 9:54 a.m., it showed that a “delivery appointment was scheduled.” I received no call, text, or email to schedule a delivery day or time, so I continued to expect arrival on August 10. Based on Amazon delivery information and reviews, I expected either a call from the carrier to confirm we would be home or the need to check tracking on August 10 for an estimated time. Instead, my husband and I were awakened at 6:53 a.m. on Saturday, August 8 by a large truck beeping in our driveway. An Enterprise truck arrived with a driver and his young son (approximately 7–10 years old). The son remained in the back of the truck while the driver removed the very heavy, oversized box from the pallet and brought it onto our narrow porch, which has one step up to the door. My husband immediately saw that the driver would be unable to clear the step and was positioning himself in a way that would block our front door and trap everyone. He stopped the driver and asked him to leave the box where it was so the driver could still exit the porch. I had understood from product information that two people would manage delivery and that the box would be brought to (or inside) the door. No delivery papers were offered for signature or to document condition. Because reviews and iBooMas website information state that all original packaging, including the pallet, must be kept in case of return, we had to ask the driver to leave the already-damaged pallet he had removed. After the driver left, we photographed the small rips and dents on the box. Later that afternoon my husband and I removed the chair from the box on the porch. The box itself is extremely heavy, but we were able to move the chair inside, unpack it, and set it up without much difficulty. The chair showed no visible damage and operated properly during the first suggested test uses. On Sunday, August 9, I used the chair once in manual mode without problems. On the second use I selected Master Auto mode. During that massage a loud pop came from the footrest after it lifted into position. It popped again when the footrest extended and retracted. I turned the chair off at once after it retracted; a third pop occurred as the chair returned to its starting position. I exited the chair and lifted the footrest. On the floor were a couple of white plastic pieces. Looking into the mechanism, I saw a washer that did not appear solid like the others. Photos of these items were sent to iBooMas after sale customer support through email. In the email, I explained the above issue and asked for repair instructions or for it to be covered under the warranty as it was a construction defect that needed prompt attention so I could resume using my new massage chair. I let them know that one of the deciding factors in my choosing their chair was because of the reviews I found regarding how great customer service was in handling client issues. I received a response in less than 24hrs and they were extremely helpful and happy to help. They asked me to perform a few further tests to confirm there were no other issues with the chair and offered to send me a new footrest. I was offered a gift for the trouble also. I responded with the information they requested the next day. Again, in less than 24hr, I had the next response from them. They were very thorough having had a technician review the photos and information I provided. They offered to send the washer parts for me to replace or follow through with sending me a full footrest. I requested the full footrest as I did not feel I could, or should, replace the parts. They were completely fine with that and had the new footrest ordered and tracking number sent to me within two days. They will also be including a couple of extra washers, in case the issue happens again, to be safe. I found the customer service team to be fabulous, quick, and completely acceptable in resolving my problem. I have full confidence that if I am to have any other troubles during the warranty period, they will handle it professionally and promptly with great results. The chair is lovely! I have tried many of the auto programs as well as customized some of my own and have been feeling better than I have in a very long time. I suffer from spinal degeneration and arthritis, and this has been a truly worthy purchase for me. My husband has tried it a couple times also and loves it just as much! For the record, I am 5’5”, 136lbs, my husband is 6’5”, and 280lbs. The chair works differently for each of us, but with the body scan that happens prior to each massage, this chair has been very accurate with positioning the massage features. I am a very happy client and am thrilled that after researching so many chairs over the last year and getting lost in all the styles and functions, I chose the iBooMas P03 4D massage chair.

The chair is high quality with many different options for massage, heat, position, and focus. The touch pad can be a bit finicky. My previous chair was much easier to get out of. This is not an easy chair to get in and out of because the foot portion is sort of in the way. I am 5'7" and struggle to exit the chair.

I spent months researching massage chairs and settled on this product and am VERY happy with the choice. Before I dropped over $2k on something like this I want to do my research. Looking at other options out there that were cheaper or in the same price range, they had less features and intensity adjustability. I even asked ChatGPT for an analysis and ultimately a recommendation given my criteria for a low top tier/high mid tier massage chair under $3k this kept coming up. Lastly, after a month of using it here are the pros and cons. Pros: -SL track -4D with the ability to adjust the intensity - 3 zero gravity options - speakers that give an immersive experience (I play spa music ) - the foot rollers are AMAZING and a family favorite - 24 auto mode options from soft to sports to targeted areas. My daughter that plays travel soccer loves the sports care and the TCM recuperating after games and workouts. - body scan which is great as a 5 foot tall woman usually I’m too small but this machine accurately adjusts every time - the manual and air compression modes are great too but the family likes the auto mode options - pretty intuitive - I haven’t looked at the manual since setup Cons: - I wish the heat was a hotter. It’s fine for most but I like a much hotter heat setting - since I have a smaller frame the shoulder compression bags don’t really do much for me - the spine intensity can be a bit intense so I put a thin folded blanket by my lower back area and it works great Overall after a month of daily use, I absolutely love this machine and highly recommend it without hesitation. We have high stress jobs and this gives us the opportunity to destress in between work, taking the kids to their activities, etc. My husband who has had 2 back surgeries was a big skeptic given the price but he’s a believer now. Also the delivery was great once we got it setup with CEVA - they brought it to the door and we took it out of the box before bringing it in. My husband and I used its built in wheels and moved it to the living room.

I bought the iBooMas P03 hoping for relaxation. Instead I got a chair with strong opinions about my skeleton. In the lower back, the roller doesn't massage so much as conduct a structural integrity test, apparently trying to confirm my vertebrae are still attached. Meanwhile, in other areas it can't reach me at all, like it lost interest halfway through and went on break. I did what any optimist would do and updated the firmware from V3 to V5 through their official app, fully expecting a transformation. The bugs remained, loyal as ever. The menu still freezes, the footrest treats extending as an optional suggestion, and sometimes the sensors simply pretend I'm not there. The app itself is a real co-star in this tragedy. Half the time it refuses to connect; the other half it greets me with a cheerful "command error." But it does ask for one thing very insistently: my location, which it then states it may share with unnamed third parties. Comforting. Returning it one day after purchase. The fastest decision this chair helped me reach. ************** Update - customer service made this experience even worse. After I posted my original review, the seller contacted me through Amazon and offered a full refund. They later wrote that I could keep the chair and that no return was required if I provided video evidence of the defects. I tried to provide the videos through Amazon messaging, but Amazon would not accept MP4 files and blocked video links. I also sent screenshots showing that Amazon rejected the video attachment. The seller then asked me to send the videos to their support email outside Amazon. I did that, using a separate email address and including only the Amazon Order ID and the video files. After all that, the seller said they did not receive the videos and told me to proceed with the standard Amazon return instead. So after multiple messages, multiple attempts to send evidence, and after rescheduling the pickup twice because of their refund offer, I am back to the regular return process. This delayed my refund and wasted my time. The worst part is that this is a heavy oversized massage chair, around 200 lb. I originally ordered it with room-of-choice delivery, but the return pickup is only from the doorstep, not from the room where it was delivered. That means I now have to deal with moving a 200 lb chair from the second floor to the door. I did not buy a massage chair because I have a perfect back. I am attaching the videos the seller kept asking for: unresponsive menu/buttons, footrest problems, and app glitches. The chair itself was bad, and the post-sale experience made it worse.

Excellent massage chair, very chiche and stylish, looks great and futuristic in my office room. Soft supple faux leather and zero gravity works like a charm what I like below and I highly recommend this: Real zero gravity feel that unloads the spine and quiets your mind. 4D depth control that reaches deep knots without feeling harsh. Yoga stretch helps hips and low back after long sitting days. Foot rollers plus air compression are great for runners and lifters. App and touch screen make quick tweaks simple and fast. Heat warms tight muscles so the massage works faster. Wireless charger is a small, smart convenience while you unwind. Initially the rollers can be strong and your body not used to it so I suggest lower all setting down for initial few uses until your body gets used to it.

As a 64-year-old living with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), finding daily relief has been a challenge. I decided to invest in this iBooMas 4D chair, and it has been a game-changer for my mobility. The Zero Gravity mode is exactly what I needed—it takes all the pressure off my spine and allows for a deep sense of decompression I haven't found elsewhere. Like having a personal masseuse! Living with cerebral palsy means it is a challenge every day for my daughter to do any physical activity at all. Walking leads to frequent falls yet her job is demanding and requires her to be active. This chair provides relief to her sore muscles and a comforting warmth without the added strain and expense of appointments with chiropractors and massage parlours. She has generously allowed others to benefit from this chair and they have pronounced it comparable to the benefits of a good masseuse. We cannot attest however to how it stands up over time.

This 4D massage chair is the best investment I have made for my back EVER! I have waited a couple months to give a proper review. I was skeptical at first as other chairs have only hurt me further. This chair has more features than way more expensive units. So far after using it for about a 3 months now it has performed flawlessly and given me back some mobility. No more spending a $140 bucks for a massage for an hour 8 times a month for me. It has many many different massage options to really work different muscle groups. On minor issue is the wireless phone charging is a bit weak if your phone has a case but thats not a deal breaker by any means. My major issue is that I can't keep my wife out of it for more me time......LOL. Thank you iBooMas for such amazing service and phenomenal support. If you looking for a massage chair this is the one!
