Q: I wear size 8.5 - which size should I order?

I also wear a 8.5 and I ordered thec large. When I reorder I'll be ordeing the small because I had to cut i mine down to fit in my size 10 Skecher go walks.

Q: Does it slide in the shoe?

There is no adhesive on the bottom of the product so it can be easily slid in or out of a shoe.

Q: Is there a set, (2) heel pads with this order or just one (1) heel pad

This item is not sold as a set, SoleAid Adjust-A-Heels are sold individually. If you need one for each shoe please be sure to order a quantity of 2. Thank you!
