BOOTS Botanics Organic Softening Cleanser

The cleanser itself works fine but it's way over-fragranced. I couldn't continue using it on my face, especially first thing in the morning, because it's so heavily scented. Now I'm using it as a body wash just to use it up since throwing it out would be wasteful. Boots would have a great natural skincare line if they just stop putting so much fragrance into everything.

I'm pleased with this product, since I have been unable to find a cleanser that works well for me.This cleanser does the job perfectly. I guess being plant based it cleans and does not leave my skin feeling dry.I've also added other Botanics products to compliment this one.JHC

This product is like Ponds. You massage it into your face and wipe off with a tissue. When I first started using it, I really liked it. Not only was it made of natural ingredients, but it also smelled like roses. My skin was moisturized. And I didn't need a separate eye makeup remover. It really seemed perfect. However, one day after cleansing, I decided to wipe my face with a cotton ball with toner just to make sure the Boots Botanics Cleanser had completely removed my makeup. The cotton balls showed makeup residue still on my face. I used several cotton balls and kept seeing makeup residue. I was disappointed.

Love the stuff. I consider it a much better option than jar cold cream for make-up removing.

Quite frankly, this stuff is a waste of money! I was looking for a makeup remover that would remove mascara, eyeshadow, and eyeliner and this most certainly isn't it. It hardly removes anything. My daughter feels the same way about this product. She likes the way it smells, she thinks it smells earthy. I don't know what it smells like, but it isn't pleasing to me at all.I'm going back to cold cream for makeup removal.

Exceptionally gentle and mild with pretty great ingredients for the price.

Exceeded my expectations. Great product, wouldn't recommend for daily use. Made my skin very soft and clear. The scent is a little to much for me.
