Easy to hide and very responsive
The Monimoto 9 is small enough that you can get pretty creative with where to hide it. My goal was a spot that would take 15 -20 minutes to get to of you knew my bike well, i.e. not chilling under the seat. If tell you where I hid it, but... You know... It's a secret. It involves a minimum of 2 tools though to get to it. I picked a spot that takes a bit of time to get to, but isn't so annoying that I'll put off charging the battery next year.It gets great reception. When my bike is in my garage, it shows up sometimes as nextdoor, but if it's outside, it's basically perfectly accurate. The fob also isn't so long range that someone could move the bike while I'm just inside. You pretty much have to be in the same room as the bike to not set it off.You get a text every morning to let you know it's armed and the battery status is good to go. I've tested it a few times and I've gotten a call within 30 seconds of moving the bike even slightly or turning on the engine. I'm honestly really impressed with this little gadget. It's simple and super good at its job.For the price, I'm really pleased with it. Buy with confidence.

Great. Accurate GPS. No false alarms. Easy set up. Cost effective.
Works great. Easy to hide. Calls your phone within seconds. The battery life so far is great. The connection between the FOB and the movement detector establishes quickly so no false alarms. This is easy to set up. The GPS is accurate. I highly recommend this product to help secure your property that can be moved.

Peace Of Mind, w/ Some Limitations
PROS- When triggered, it calls you w/in 30 seconds of the motorcycle moving.- While moving, it gives you a GPS coordinate update every 1 minute.- While stationary, it gives you a GPS coordinate update every 5 minutes.- 2 fantastic, reusable zipties & a small profile device to more easily concealCONS> No On-Request UpdatesNo option to request a GPS coordinate update anytime you want.According to MiniMoto, this is necessary to allow long battery life, but I'd like to have a serrimg that allows me to request an update, even if I have to charge more often.> GPS Accuracy Varies SlightlyI live in an area w/ terrible reception, & the GPS coordinates tend to be about 3-4 yards away from the actual location of the bike. Not a huge deal, I suppose. However, something to be aware of.

Very happy with it
After scouring the market for an alarm or tracker, I wound up getting both a disk lock/alarm and this Monimoto unit. It's quite useful. If I open the garage door and move the bike out, but I don't have the Monimoto fob on me, by the time I close the door my phone sounds off with a text message and a voice call. The text message shows where the bike is on the map. From my tests, it's accurate within a few feet. The monthly fee for this unit is much cheaper than other trackers. I eval'd one other brand but sent it back. This Monimoto unit is rechargeable and the battery is good for about a year between charges. The gizmo you have to mount/hide on your bike is self contained, needs no connection to the bike battery, it's about 1/2 the width and thickness of a pack of cigarettes, easy to stash somewhere. I recommend this. And if anyone's interested, I bought the Xena XX15 disc lock, has audible motion sensor alarm, phone app connectivity, etc.

My favorite motorcycle tracker
There's nothing negative I can say about this system. Battery life is amazing on it, works very fast while testing without fob beside it. Very small so you can hide in many places. Live tracking is great, and the subscription price isn't bad at all

Peace of Mind
I have had the tracker on my Harley for a few weeks now and everything has worked as it should. It gives me an added piece of mind in conjunction with the other deterrents I have in place ( chain, disc lock, etc). I also like the small size of the unit and how it easily blends with the bike's electronics. The only down side is that the fob has to be pretty far away from the unit, even when set on the lowest distance setting. I ended up getting a faraday keychain pouch and I place my keys in it when not in use, and it has solved the issue. Now I don't have to hang my keys on the opposite side of the house.

All bad
Not sure if tracker was stolen or if the zip ties provided are complete trash. But it doesn’t appear to be on my bike anymore in the spot I put and i got no notification saying it was moving or fell off. I feel like it should notify you with either situation. I even checked the app and it said the device is Up and running. Started live tracking, in hope to find the fob somewhere, and it said it could take anywhere between 5 minutes to 40 hours?! So technically if my bike was stolen with the device, there is a possibility I won’t see location for almost 2 days. And who knows what could happen by then. $189 down the drain. I am very disappointed.
