I’ve been using HERSHEY’S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for a while now, and it’s one of my go to pantry items. I always make sure to have at least a can on hand. The flavor is rich and deeply chocolatey without being bitter, which is exactly what you want from an unsweetened cocoa. It smells amazing as soon as you open the can, and a little goes a long way.I use it for baking brownies, cakes, and cookies, but it’s also great for homemade hot cocoa and even adding to smoothies or oatmeal. It blends well and doesn’t leave weird clumps if you mix it properly. I like that there’s no added sugar, so I can control the sweetness depending on what I’m making. My only complaint would be is that seems to get everywhere and is a pain to clean up, if spilled.The classic can is sturdy and easy to store, and the quality is consistent every time I buy it. This is one of my favorite additions to any dessert. Dusting a light coat on top of tiramisu, or mix with greek yogurt, or even use it to bake cocoa bread.It has strong chocolate flavor, deep rich color, and very easy to use. No clump. The quality is definitely great!

I bought this to make "homemade" hot chocolate. It is much better than the packets but takes a little more time and more ingredients. If you want quick hot chocolate just use the packets. If you want heartwarming down home, snow cabin, snow covered hills hot chocolate then make homemade stuff with this. Look up a recipe and follow it.
