Replacement Laptop Bottom Rubber Feet Strips for HP Envy x360 15-DS,15-DR,15M-DR, 15-DS1083CL 15-DR1075CL 15-DR1679CL 15-DS1063CL Black

I wanted to upgrade the DDR4 Ram in my envy, and these were a great foot replacement to allow for airflow to be restored to the fans and bother the feet hold well and my computer is back up and running better than it ever did.

This was a good low cost replacement for worn out rubber strips on my aging chromebook. These have a good adhesion and seem like they will stay put for a good long time. For those searching for exact laptop models, if you can't find the specific model or maybe want a lower price, these can easily be cut to length (I did) if your model needs a shorter size. Just by sure the width of the strip you buy isn't too wide to fit all the way into the channels in the bottom of your laptop if yours has recessed mounting channels.

These rubber feet strips fit my HP Envy x360 15-DS series laptop fine (width and length), however, the thickness is a bit thicker than original/OEM strips and may cause the strips to peel if you slide the laptop around horizontally on your work surface without care. The pro of the extra thickness is that there is a bigger air gap for ventilation under laptop than before. I also feel that these strips are more durable than originals because of their thickness. (Only time will tell!) The strips have 3M adhesive, so in following procedure for other 3M adhesive products (like hooks, picture hangers, etc), I wiped the channels on the bottom of my laptop with isopropyl alcohol to ensure a clean surface and let dry thoroughly before applying the strips. So far, about a month in, I haven't had any issues and am pleased with this purchase.

They seems to work like they should. A little short but 1/4 inch seems to make little difference. Been on for a few months now.
