The best case for the money
I have had this case for about 24 hours now and have been amazed by it. There are several things I wanted to answer in a review because I had the questions myself and had to do some further research beyond the reviews to find them. - For starters, the screen protector is plastic, not tempered glass. It does come with an additional frame if you don't want to use that one and want to use your own or just don't want one at all. I will say my only complaint about the case has been that it pulled up the screen protector a few times, however, I had JUST put it on so it is possible I didn't give it a proper amount of time before putting the case on. Either way, it doesn't make me want to rate this lower than 5 stars. - The inner shell of the case covers the sides and grips it, going on top of the phone and some on the back. It does not fully go around the back of the phone, only the soft outer shell does. That said, the outer shell is of great construction and is made in a way that will do amazing with protecting the phone inside. - The "rubber" part feels higher quality than Otterbox, and the plastic on the back also feels of higher quality. It does not feel like a cheap phone case at all. - The stand is firmly locked in the back and will not accidentally pull out in your pocket unless it gets some really strong, precise force on it. I also want to note that it does not simply slam down and lock into place, putting strain on the joints. Instead, the locking pieces are shaped like speed bumps, and they gently stop the stand before it can slam down, but without straining it at all. It allows you to pull it out and then readjust how you're pushing it into place to make sure you're not straining it in a way that will quickly wear it down. - I have used Otterbox exclusively for many years and have been very dedicated. I had to get a different case once I had to get upgraded to an S24 (long story) and I didn't have the money to get an Otterbox. I did not like the case I got, but something is better than nothing with phones and cases. But this case should be sold in stores. This case deserves the mainstream love that Otterbox gets because, in my opinion, it is almost the same. Overall, this case is amazing. I don't know if the construction differences between it and the Defender Pro make it that much less protective, but if it does then the difference is so minimal that if you're not in a position where you could easily get your phone destroyed I would say this is the best possible case for the price. If you're in the military or construction, go for a Defender Pro or UAG Kevlar. But if you're not in one of those fields or fields of similar types when it comes to possible danger to your electronics, go with this. I have instantly converted to this brand and intend to get a UB Pro case when I upgrade to the fold, be that this generation or when the 7 comes out. I will update about the longevity of the case when that time comes to give my last opinions on it, but even my Otterboxes started falling apart after a year of use so my hopes aren't very high in that regard.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Military Grade Case
This is a nice, strong, and durable military-style case for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. What I like most about this case is the protective charging port cover, which helps keep dust and debris out of the charging port. The case does make the phone feel a bit bigger, but it fits nicely in the hand with a rubberized texture that helps prevent the phone from slipping. The only downside is the built-in screen protector. The fingerprint reader does not always work properly with it, so I ended up buying an additional screen protector that worked much better.

SUPCASE Outperforms OtterBox for the S24 Ultra - Stronger Design and Lower Price
I’ve used the OtterBox Defender for the Samsung S24 Ultra, but over time the material wears down and the case eventually fails. The SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro has a much better design and feels more durable. It’s also less expensive, and based on the build quality, I believe I may not need to buy another case for a long time.

Good case, but with 1 awful feature
Case is pretty good, but there's room for improvement. I've used cases from this brand and other brands in a similar style since the OG Otterbox defender. Bad: - The corner with the s-pen sacrifices some protection for ease of access, but I'd rather have a little more padding there. Competing products have more material in that area without sacrificing the ability to easily reach the s-pen. You just need to poke it with your pinkie, not drive a costco hotdog in there. - The kickstand jiggles around and rattles like crazy while folded away. It may get removed soon because it's incredibly annoying. Seemed like a cool gimmick to be able to use it as a stand or finger grip, but I really hate it and wish it wasn't there. Good: - Transparent frame & padding look great, I like being able to see the color of the phone body through the back of the case. - Installation & removal is easy and intuitive. They provide simple instructions if you can't figure it out. - Belt clip works well. I was worried about having the tab on the long side of the phone because of the volume and power buttons, but it's designed in such a way that even if the tab gets pressed on, it won't push the phone's side buttons. The matching colorway is a nice touch - competitors offer transparent cases, but with non-matching black belt clips. - 2 options for a front frame; one with built in screen protector, one without. I work in a dusty environment so I'm using the one without (from experience, dust will eventually get caught between screen protector and screen), but trying the screen protector on for the last 2 days, I had no issues with touch recognition or using biometrics. It's definitely nice that they include both. - Charging port cover is a little stiff but well-designed. On previous cases of this style, I've had to cut away some of the cover/ flap, but this one swings out of the way more, and the opening is big enough to accommodate larger usb cord ends. It's nice not to have to take the scalpel to a brand new phone case because the designer used their noggin.

Great case and great customer service.
UPDATE: Supcase really ought to consider making the part that rides the channel when opening and closing the channel a metal rod rather than little plastic tabs, one tiny steel rod could make the flimsy kickstand on these cases nearly invincible. These cases are always going to break at the kickstand for me because I use it to hold the phone, but unlike similarly priced competitors, Supcase stands behind their products with lightning fast no hassles warranty service for a whole year (iirc). There are much pricier brands that don't offer customer service nearly as good as Supcase's. Upgraded from 4 stars to 5 for flawless customer service, but seriously guys please consider the steel rod instead of plastic tabs kickstand idea because you'd probably never have to replace these things for failed kickstands again with that one minor change. I've used this line of cases for five phones over at least as many years without a single break despite many many impressive falls. I have a note10+ I bought at release and still use (typing this on it right now in February 2024) that looks literally mint thanks to this case series + a "delta guard" display protector film, and I once tripped and fastballed it well over 20ft across the street directly into the face of a cement curb. This latest purchase (s 24 ultra case) is an especially bulky case for an already extremely bulky phone, but it's great protection for cheap and I already know that this company stands behind their product with solid no hassle customer service. The kickstand, I almost never use it as a kickstand as it's just okay for that, but I use it to hold the phone almost always as it's the best placement for a finger ring sort of holder I've found for devices this massive. I couldn't even use a phone as huge as the s24u one-handed without my ring finger slipped under the kickstand and my pinky under the phone to prop it up, it's as crucial to me as the s-pen. I used to use a great US-owned brand with a very similar kickstand/holder but their kickstands broke often and that has not yet happened with this brand. The bits that snap the kickstand back into the case are very small and do tend to fail, but it doesn't bother me too much when they do because I usually want it open to hold the phone anyway. The included screen protector on this one is worthless except as a backup frame with the protective film removed IMO, which isn't too bad because I do tend to eventually crack the inner frame plastic with these cases. The fingerprint sensor dot wouldn't adhere to the display completely and it definitely would not work, plus it looked terrible. Fortunately this case also includes a frame without the screen protector. Hoping I can find a good screen protector that's compatible with this case and the fingerprint sensor elsewhere before I scratch my display too much. Will try to remember to update this review if/when I find one that works well with this phone (s24u) and case. Belt clip is sturdy. Not super comfortable with any phone let alone one this enormous, feels like I have a VCR strapped to my waist, but if you need to have a phone on you while doing something laborious then it's a great way to keep it extra extra safe. You'd have to do something intense to break a phone in this case AND in the belt clip. Would probably be great clipped inside a purse or some such for constant nearly infallible protection.

Bang for your buck.
I recently got an S24 Ultra and the hunt for a quality case at a decent price began. I purchased a couple of the lower priced cases...around the 15-20 dollar range...and I didn't like them one bit. The 24 is not exactly a cheap phone. It costs a pretty penny. So, obviously, you want to protect it. I then bought a couple of the mid level priced cases...between 20-30 dollars...and they were much better in terms of quality and endurance, but I still felt a better job could be done to protect my investment. Before I dropped nearly 60 bucks on an Otter box, a coworker suggested I try this brand after using them for their own S25. So, I figured why not. I have found this case to be equal, or even superior, to an Otter box. It is stout and rigid. It feels firm in your hands without adding a ton of weight to the phone. I think it would protect the phone well in the event on a drop. The slide out stand locks into place and can be used as a finger loop if you wish to use it as such. It comes with 2 frames, 1 with a built in screen protector and 1 without. I had already bought screen protectors, so I can't speak to the functionality or performance of the built in screen protector, but it looks to be of decent quality. Once the phone is in the case it is really sealed in tight and nice. A note to bike riders of all kinds: The 24 is a big ass phone. With this case on your phone, the standard cell phone holders won't accommodate it. You'll have to find one that extends beyond the typical 6.8“-7“ extension most holders have. Rock Bros sells a couple that are moderately priced. About 20 bucks. All in all? I am so glad my coworker suggested this case and I can say one thing for certain...in the future all my phones will rest secure in a Supcase.

Great customer service, they stand behind their products.
3/11/25 update - kickstand on replacement case just broke. Same issue as the first time. No drops, no abuse, no hard use. I love this case, but I'm not willing to pay $30 for a case that lasts only 3-6 months. I'm sure I could contact them again, but do I really want to keep repeating this pattern? Bummed that this seems to be a systemic issue with this case. The tabs that hold the kickstand open just fail after repeated use. ---------------------- 12/1/24 update - replacement case had been solid. No issues. Appears I legitimately got a lemon the first time. They made it right when I contacted them. I appreciate that level of service enough to come back and update my review. At this point, I'd buy one again. ------------------------ 9/16/24 update - I contacted the seller through the instructions provided by Amazon. They immediately got a replacement case into the mail to me. I have to appreciate that they stood behind their product and made it right. I hope the initial breakage was a fluke. I will update again if the replacement case fails to stand the test of time. ------------------------ Seemed like a great case, sturdy, provided decent protection. Couldn't use the included screen protector with fingerprint recognition, but that seems to be an issue with many cases. Got a bit warm when charging wirelessly, but worked just fine. Sadly, after less than 3 months of ownership, the stand broke loose. It wasn't abused or treated roughly. I popped it back into the track, but it will no longer support the weight of the phone. This was a great case, right up to the point where it wasn't anymore.

Solid protector
Very good case. Only issue is the screen protector. When it is damaged and needs replacement- it's not easy. I removed the old one with a razor knife and installed a new.one directly on the phone face.

I wish I could return it
It doesn't fit the 24 ultra! Complete waste of money

Been using this brand for years!
This is my go to phone case brand. Saved my S21 Ultra from many incidents! Phone still looks new when I take it out of the case for a good cleaning. I have a new one on my S24 Ultra. I use the belt clip everyday an it hold up. The case last's me years but I do have to replace the belt clip from time to time, but I've hard on them. Overall I highly recommend this case.
