Packages needs work
The product is great, but the lid came crack and it was leaking. Amazon needs to better packaging

Peppermint, not subtle like real mint
I understand it’s bitters and supposed to be a big flavor, but I really went a true mint flavor not Christmas style peppermint. It’s great if you something like peppermint patty, but no ideal if you’re looking for something to mimic mint from the garden

Excellent
Like my review for their Lime this is very good. After I ordered it I wondered if maybe I made a mistake. Though do I really want something like a peppermint like additive that comes off to cloying or over powering. So I was very happy when I used some in iced tea, like the Lime it is done very accurately and the essence is spot on, not bitter or sharp with a artificial twinge to it. Just a nice hit of mellow mint. Good job guys.

It turns your drinks green
I was surprised to see how green these bitters are - I'm not sure why...I thought it would have been clear but they definitely work great when you can't get fresh mint.

Unnaturally Flavored
The Mint Bitters were harsh and unnatural. They made my cocktail taste like it was spiked with mouthwash. Additionally the color is this unnatural vibrant green color which turns the cocktail an unappealing brownish grey color. Not sure why they felt the need to dye them...Buy these if you want BIG toothpaste like mint flavors and you are unconcerned about the end color of your cocktail.- I would not recommend these

Bottle leaked in shipment
The product came with an obvious leak. It did not leak in the box so was obviously packed and shipped after the fact. Very poor quality control. The product description says it's eligible for a refund or replacement, but when I click on the link, it says not refundable. In the Amazon help articles, it states refunds will be issued even on nonrefundable items if damaged before arrival. It has a link to click on. When I do, I get the same nonrefundable message.
