Screw is not properly tightening with the tap. Thinking to return

It came with multiple metal adaptors so that it can fit in 4 types tap. Good product. I didn't check on the filtration quality. Hope it is good

Excellent product. Recommend to others for hardwater softening. It gets damaged after long use if it's avoidable it would be yet more good

This product is made of pathetic, substandard plastic. During normal installation, the ABS composite tap adapter BROKE and got stuck inside my tap. The material is so cheap and brittle that it cannot even handle basic hand-tight fitting. ⚠️ SERIOUS INSTALLATION RISK The adapter threads are very poor quality. While tightening, the threads started slipping and got damaged immediately, which may cause the adapter to crack. This is not user error – it is a manufacturing defect and cheap material issue. Now I am left with: - A damaged tap - A broken adapter stuck inside A bathroom fitting should NEVER break during installation. This is dangerous, irresponsible design and shows zero quality control from WaterScience. Selling such products on Amazon is unacceptable. I strongly warn buyers: DO NOT BUY unless you want to risk damaging your tap fittings. WaterScience should refund my money immediately. Absolute waste of money.

We have been using this product for 1 year. And filters also available easily for changing. Hair loss came down and Hardening of water also reduced. Easy to install and easy to replace filter too

Not worth the price but the only option. Difficult to spend this amount every 6 months.
