The vinyl was easy to use and was the exact color needed

This 12” wide 48” long piece of reflective gold vinyl adhesive from IROHTV cuts and adheres well. The backing is a waxed paper and weeds easliy as long as the blade depth is set precisely. I prefer, for comparison, the clear plastic backing that doesn’t delaminate when the depth is slightly off. I have not had any of the items I cut on long enough to speak to durability inside or outside.This is not a big piece of vinyl ( at 12’x48” ) but the seller did still take all the care that I have found when buying 20-60 ft rolls, for comparison, by putting it on a roll with a rigid center tube, covered with plastic and in a box for safe arrival. The price at the time of this review is $9.99 for 4 ft ( 48”) I didn’t initially consider this a good value but when comparing, I have found it to be on point with other reflective adhesive vinyl. I find, for most colors and types, buying larger rolls a better value. Although, a large or medium roll of this color and being reflective is not always needed. I think it is good that the seller has offered it in sizes that suit the project.My rating based on the details above is 5 Stars.

This vinyl is a very pretty gold and looks nice, but it was a bit difficult to get it to go flat from being rolled up. My first time using it, I had a hard time loading it into my Joy machine, unlike Cricut Joy Smart materials which load easily despite being rolled up. And when it did load, it was wrinkling and getting creased as it moved in the machine. And the maple leaf I cut out was messed up at the bottom. Also the backing got cut into as shown in the pic but not all the way through. I was OK with that though. The second time I went to try cutting with it, I put some heavy objects onto the vinyl for a bit to help flatten it out more before I put it in the machine. And that helped it cut much better. It still cut into the backing some but the vinyl did not wrinkle up much at all while cutting. I would suggest cutting a piece of the vinyl the size you need and laying something heavy on it for a while or overnight to flatten it out before using. As for material choice, I chose permanent vinyl the first time I cut and the second time I chose metallic vinyl which seemed to do a bit better. The back is fairly sticky and does well at adhering to a flat surface. I think this vinyl is nice I just wished it weren't so hard to flatten which is why I took off 1 star. Perhaps it would have been better to do flat sheets instead of a roll.

I was a bit concerned when I took out the roll, as there was a tiny spot of wavy color (see 3rd pic), but as I unrolled it completely, it was only in that very small section of the start of the roll.I did a small design and found it cut very well and was extremely easy to weed.It worked well with the transfer tape and adhered easily to the plastic wine glass, which I normally use as my test item before adhering to the actual project.Nice deep green color with the perfect amount of gloss.I see some Holiday projects in my future!

I never submit reviews but don’t want others to waste their money. Don’t even want to give it 1 star. This vinyl is awful! I should have requested a refund but I used almost the entire roll just trying to complete one project which I was never able to do. Sticks to itself while trying to weed. & it’s really shiny. Regret buying.

This whole big roll is like one large sticker.If you can get your thumb between the foil and the paper backing, you can peel the vinyl back to get at the underside by hand.I plant to cut up this vinyl and use it to decorate some fake weapons for costuming this year.Because the adhesive feels decently strong, I'm sure I wont have trouble adding it to a hard surface, like plastic or foam.The surface has a mirror finish to it that is really reflective and looks just like silver metal!Perfect for the holidays and cosplay.5 stars!

Ich hatte diese Folie bestellt da sie angeworben wird mit Reflektierende Folie, leider ist dem nicht so. Die Folie ist zwar glänzend aber nicht reflektierend im Sinne von anstrahlen mit einem Scheinwerfer oder Taschenlampe und sie reflektiert das Licht. Nein das macht sie nicht ! Der Anbieter sollte doch diesen Begriff "Reflektierend" aus seinem Angebot streichen denn es irritiert total !

I was using a light grip mat and the paper backing on the vinyl would stick and rip on the mat. I wasted most of my roll trying to get the cut to go all the way through the vinyl. I was successful after many attempts and then proceeded with my project. Using the same settings that worked before I went through 4 feet of vinyl that would not cut all the way through. This vinyl is a great colour and is not the worst I've used, but I was not impressed with how this stuck on my mat and cut with my Cricut.

Schöne Produktbilder. Da denkt man daß "Reflektierend Schwarz" bei direktem Licht im Dunkeln reflektiert. Nein. Zumindest für die schwarze Folie kann ich sprechen. Das tut sie nicht.Siehe Foto mit direktem Handylicht.Schneiden und Entgittern funktionierte.Die Folie ist kaum dehnbar.Jedoch stimmt das 'Reflektierend' warum ich die Folie bestellt habe, nicht. ☹️☹️Schade.
