Works well for testing ferments and recipes for canning. I love that it's a dip stick and easy to read. I love that it's in a sealed, waterproof container. It's accurate as well as rapid results. Good value.

The strips are easy to use and accurate. There is a comparison chart both on the bottle and on the box. That is convenient.

The different and distinct colors make the results easy to read. Great product.

The description is confusing saying that the test strips are for all liquids but this product doesn't work for testing urine and saliva, it shows neutral pH throughout the day. Other test strips I'm using do show acidic, neutral or alkaline pH environment. I also tested these strips with vinegar, tap water and bottled water. The results have to be read almost right away because when the liquid dries out on the strips, the color changes and fades. So, if you don't mind that, the product is fine.

as a gardener, i really want to care for my plants so i test the quality of water as a rulethese have proven to be reliable, accurate and i use them with some frequency. a 200 count makes testing water from various sources a less problematic issue than a smaller test strip count

Does not work well in high heat liquids or soupy liquids

I had read some negative reviews (1 stars) on this product and was a little concerned. However, I read the instructions and using some test equipment I verified they do work. I'm not suggesting they're 100% accurate but they are easy to use, seem a great deal for the price and from testing they seem to provide results very close to other test equipment I compared them to. I tried them on RO water, tap water etc. If there's one thing I think that might cause confusion for some is the color strip chart. These strips can give a very subtle color variance based on the water type tested but the issue here is simple... you're not testing for marginal variances... you're testing for water that is clearly acidic or alkaline which for me, makes these perfect and simple to use.

These absolutely work. I tested my tea to check if I could can it so I don't have to keep putting a bunch of jars in the fridge. It tested around a 5. After reading the reviews, I was curious so I tested my vinegar and it came to around a 3 but could've been lower, which is exactly where it should be. Perhaps the people testing water (and giving a negative review) were actually accurate since the bottling companies have been found to lie about their water.

These ph test strips are super handy and work exactly as expected. The instructions are simple just dip the strip in water for a second, shake off the excess, and compare it to the color chart on the bottle. The results show up fast and are easy to read.I used them to test drinking water, tap water, and even aquarium water. The readings were consistent and matched what I expected. I like that the color chart is printed clearly on the bottle, so you don’t need to look for a separate card.
