What kind of frame does the bag have? Is it steel or plastic?

The inside frame of the bag is constructed of heavy-duty polypropylene. The sides are also lined with foam to provide more structure to the bag.

What material is this bag made of? 600 diener polyester

Basically the bag is made out of a durable nylon material. I have three of these bags-we live overseas and these bags are used on international trips several times a year. The rollers are great and hold the weight well (typically we load 50lbs based on airline allowances) and haven't broken any of them. The nylon is durable and hasn't had any tears etc.

Does it ship to apo afghanistan?

Description says "Protective corner guards and feet/skids, Carry as a backpack or pull with padded end handles" when it does not have backpack strap?

Have two and a normal backpack. Not fun but I definitely used the straps to carry one as a backpack while rolling the other one and my regular backpack on the front.
