Nice value for a great price.
Recently purchased the 14" version of this laptop. I'm getting well over eight hours of usage on the battery (likely closer to ten) out of this laptop (one must tweak settings!) and it's doing exactly what I want and need out of it. Bought it for a few reasons. First was to seamlessly connect to a SonicWall VPN appliance. My MB Pro was fine, but couldn't get the tunnel to split and due to the project I'm on, I suppose I really wanted a Win to Win (Server) experience "out of the box". This laptop has provided exactly what I've needed. Windows 11 home, the "easy" Microsoft setup . Badda-bing-badda-boom: NMap, Visual Studio Code, VirtualBox, O365, Python, Brave, etc...all of the tools I need, good to go. No bloatware, the only thing that comes to mind is only McAfee (God rest "his" soul) AV. I'm going to use it for the period I'm allocated. Vantage Widget and Lenovo Vantage are actually pretty helpful but may be considered bloatware by some. I'm not concerned about the sound quality or gaming capabilities as I'm using this as a "productive" machine to accomplish tasks in my current role. Cheap design? It's not as a structurally sound as my MB Pro M4, but it's super light and again, "works" for what I need. I own a USB-C Ethernet adaptor, which I haven't need to use except to test that it does work just fine. I've bounced around on four different Wireless networks with no issues. Backlit keyboard is nice and can be shutoff/on with a quick easy "Function-Spacebar" combo. Fingerprint sensor works great. At any rate, I'm glad I purchased this laptop as it's meeting all of my needs and expectations at this price point.

Excellent laptop, Great price, Responsive seller
An excellent laptop and a very affordable price. Very responsive even when processing Windows updates. It's hard to find laptops with 16 GB of memory, especially when paired with a i5 processor. The 512 GB SSD hard drive is adequate for most users, and the overall speed is very fast. Lenovo laptops are very reliable and well-made and this one came factory sealed and ready to go! The seller was very responsive and is very reliable.

Good basic laptop
Just received this to replace an older laptop which is starting to get wonky. I use it to surf the internet, social media, basic documents and watch videos. I am not a gamer. I do not like touch screen laptops so if you require one, this is not the laptop. However, I do like a backlit keyboard and this one has it. It is not as bright as the keys on the laptop I just replaced (Acer) but it will do. My other one went on as soon as I started typing, on the Lenovo, the lights stay on all the time. It is a smaller footprint than my other one (hence "slim" in the version) and it is fast and responds well. I do not use the fingerprint sensor but it has one which is pretty cool. I think it has some AI features as well. So far, so good. If you need a solid, basic laptop with some bells and whistles, this is a great choice.

decently built laptop with good battery and CPU
Bought it on sale, the only complaint I have is that the touchpad is a flimsy. The laptop itself is good, solid, light, and the i7 is fast. Surprisingly good battery life too. There's no GPU but the integrated graphics can handle everything as long as you don't try to play games on it. Update: dropped it for maybe a foot on a wooden floor, and it broke. The material is way too cheap for its price.

I sended to my son as gift so I don’t know anything abut lab tob or computer it could be very good am sure it is I been costumer with Amazon over 30 years I never have any problems with them so far my son says the item is very very good

Not Recommend - Poor quality components
What would be a decent product ruined by low-quality product support and build quality. Lenovo maintains that this product is expected to suffer severe physical failure after only 2-3 months of use. Buyers beware.

Great, laptop
Works very well the touchscreen works really well. The screen quality is really nice. The laptop quality is nice It is pretty light and a good laptop runs games very fast would recommend.

Very bad item and customer service is very terrible
Disappointed with this laptop due to poor battery performance. The return pickup was scheduled for 17 August, but it was not completed because of a serial number issue, and the pickup is still delayed. The overall experience has been frustrating and inconvenient.
