My kids take this nightly before bed. It seems to help them wind down and sleep through the night. Tastes great. It is a monthly subscription of ours and I have noticed the taste varies bottle by bottle. They all are the same label but as odd as it sounds, most times it’s very sweet/ fruity like candy but other times I pick up hints of coffee or bbq. I take this product when my legs are restless or to help me sleep. Works great.

I’ll be reaching out to customer service to see if they’ve received feedback on this. For now, I may need to explore other options for his magnesium needs. This product is great! I loved seeing that I could buy all of these healing ingredients in liquid form Very easy and quick to use. You can even put the drops into your coffee, juice or tea. I will buy again.

It works great! It has reduced my leg cramps greatly and I'm sleeping much better! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the taste. It's a very sweet strawberry syrup. It doesn't taste bad... it's just a little too sweet for my liking but I will continue using it because it works!!

I only buy this if there's a deal on it, it works well but is pricey, even for one bottle.

I have shared this product with anyone who will listen. Sleep comes about 20-30 Minutes after you take it. Full night's sleep. No groggy feeling. Great for rest and repair. Awesome product
