I bought this for my Kahr CW9 and it fits perfectly. I carry it right side hip and it is comfortable enough so that I often forget it's there. The upper part is against my bare skin and I've not had any problems with that at all. It is easy to wear while driving and about as accessible as any hip carry system while driving. If I had a negative it is a little difficult to put on in the morning due to how tight it fits on my pants. This, however means it won't come off and I think that is a big positive. I recommend it.

I'm wearing this holster with a CM9 right now, and it's quite comfortable. It's a good, comfortable, well-made, value-priced holster that performs as advertised. That being said, here are a few caveats if you're thinking about purchase. No deal-breakers, just things to consider.First, this is not a model-specific, molded holster. It's a leather pocket designed for a range of pistols in a given size range. My CM9 is definitely at the smaller end of the spectrum, and it shows. Initial fit is rather loose, as opposed to too tight, and too tight is the only issue the included instructions address. This potential issue is somewhat negated (as described below) by the fact that one must wear a belt to use this holster, so proper belt tensioning will aid retention. I haven't had a chance yet to spend any super-active time wearing this holster, but it seems like it would provide a reasonable degree of retention under most circumstances, if properly configured and worn.Second, the Amazon photo appears to be of a similar, but not identical model. The model I received has a plastic-only loop/clip, and this is secured to the holster by only one screw (not the two that are pictured). This is consistent with DeSantis's website for this item, so I'm not mad; see the photo I uploaded for details on the differences.Third, some design nitpicking. Again, this isn't a model-specific holster, so I know there's no such thing as a perfect one-size-fits-all solution here, but these are things that matter to me. Holster swallows the pistol well (drawing and reholstering are acceptable), but neither the rear sights nor the magazine release button are covered. In the case of the rear sights, I'd just like to have them protected from damage and/or getting caught on things. In the case of the mag drop button, because it's not protected, I'm not 100% sure that I'd never inadvertently press it in during movement or a scuffle (and consequently lose or disengage the magazine).Overall this is a great holster, especially for the price. Holstering, retention, and draw are all acceptable. It's well made. It's comfortable. I require the option to tuck a shirt in with my IWB holsters, and this one, with my CM9, accomplishes that quite well. See reviews below regarding adjustable carry angle and how low the pistol will ride; I agree with the other reviewers' positive comments on those factors. Happy I got it, and it does a wonderful job at what it's supposed to do: conceal!

I own several IWB holsters for several different applications, and this is the best so far.-The adjustable cant is unbeatable and allows you to carry at virtually any body clock.-The clip is tight and strong which enables it to stay put.-No thumb break to slow down draw (belt tension creates retention).-Sits low in the waistband so it doesn't stick up out of the pants and print.-Rides VERY close to the body; you don't have to wear XXXL clothes to hide it.-Fits my Kahr P9 perfectly.-Offers the option of tuckability (essential for people who must dress a little nicer, I can carry at work now).I routinely carry this with just shorts and a t-shirt (this ability is a must in Texas where it's HOT all year). One suggestion (not just for this particular holster) is get used to wearing an undershirt, it makes carrying any IWB much more comfortable.You just can't beat this holster for the price, adjustability, quality, and fit and finish.

This holster is very well made and fits the Glock 42 perfectly. It's by far the most comfortable holster I've ever worn (after modifying it which I'll explain). I was concerned about the thickness of the top leather lip around the opening after reading other reviewers mention it. I have to say, as soon as I took it out of the package I agreed completely. The top leather rim adds way too much thickness to the holster. I realize it's there to keep the holster open, but quite honestly, if it's tucked-in there's very little chance I'll ever need to pull it out and have to reholster immediately. I cut the stitches on the top band and removed the leather section which makes the holster ultra slim. Aside from some glue marks when make it look unflattering (who cares since it's concealed anyways), it functions perfectly. In my opinion, the holster should have been made this way from the factory. I was hesitant at first "destroying" what was likely thought to be a good design from the manufacturer, but I've found the modified version much better to my liking. The modification only took a few minutes and the leather piece on top pulled right off without very much force at all. Aside from exposed stitching holes and discoloration from the former glue up top, the holster is great. The clip itself seems to be strong and sturdy with no wiggling. Lastly, you may want to view the holster on another site as the one shown here is not how the delivered product looks. The delivered product only has on screw. I'd certainly recommend buying this holster!
