This freezer came in perfect condition, no dents, no scratches, no marks; which is amazing considering the bottom of the box was broken and barely taped on, and made it easier to remove the freezer by just lifting the box up. I switched the door to open from the left. In less than two hours and the freezer was ready. It's really quiet; I don't hear it running at all. With drawers instead of shelves, there's less room than I expected. That's okay, I don't need that much freezer storage as this is just a back up. Overall, I'm thrilled with this freezer, it's exactly what I wanted.

The freezer is nice, as advertised. It is not frost free, but it is compact and holds a lot of items. However, the refrigerator was delivered and left at my gate next to the street. I have directions on my prime account to deliver on my porch. The gate is about 80 to 90 feet from the porch. The box was bulky and hard for me to move, The gate is right by the street and the box was left by the street where it could have easily have been stolen. I called Amazon, they were unable to do anything to assist, I had to get a neighbor to help me. Very unhappy with delivery

We have been using this freezer for some time now. It looks and works great. It goes nicely with our wine cooler as well.

This is great and so much better than a huge chest freezer since I am short and don’t have long arms. Was dissapointed that is came with damage even though the packaging was good. The cap over the bolts on the top was cracked, there is a dent in the side of the door, scratches on the top drawer, and black marks on the inside of the door that will not wipe off. Tried to see if Amazon would give me a partial refund but not if I do not return it which is very disappointing.
