Q: I have a Note 8 with an Otterbox case, will this fit perfectly with the ease of getting the phone out or will it be loose in the case ?

I previously had the note 8 with otterbox case and it was a perfect fit.

Q: I have a 1.5 inch belt, will this mounting belt clip fit snug?

I do NOT know----I use the belt LOOPS. I removed the belt CLIP.

Q: Don't care for the belt clip. Is it easily removable?

No. the belt clip is rivetted and stitched. However, if you use the belt loops, it works as just another belt loop -- the belt will thread through the two cloth loops and the clip, which has the same profile. You don't need to put it on and off by the clip. I never do.

Q: The description says inner thickness is .75"? The photo shows the overall outer thickness of .5". Which is it? My phone case is 6.65 x 3.31 x .52.
