Empty out when not is use.
Soap leaks out when it lade down, even on it side. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY OFFERED A TOTAL REFUND. SO I'M HAPPY.

Cannot be hung!
It all looks good but the wand is missing h a hole where it can hang for storage ! I had to return it !

Good product for the money
Good product but after the wand is filled it’s very hard to get the white piece in to close it. The outside must be totally dry.

Don't hold up well
I received these in the mail last week and the first day I used it I washed three cereal bowls everything was fine the next day I washed two plates and the third plate the sponge fell off I thought that's defective let's put on one of the refills the next one i washed three plates a bowl the next day after that I washed two plates and one more Bowl the next day after that I went to wash a plate and a sponge fell off so apparently these sponges are made to stay on there at all you just better off tear them off and use them by hand

Im torn....it works...but, there is no way to squeeze out watch from the sponge
Ok so this is a love/hate relationship. I love that this can get to the bottom of cups and has a replaceable head. But .....with the soap dispenser on the backside of the sponge, its pressure fit so if you try to squeeze the water out after you are done, it just pushes soap back into the sponge. And i want it empty of water so mold doesnt grow, but I hate that its just storing soap back into the sponge.....

Buyer Beware!
Don't buy this product. The wand leaks everywhere and the sponge is very flimsy and wears out after 1 use.

Switched brands
I have used another brand for year which I liked but the replacement heads were getting harder and harder to find d and becoming expensive. Found these as a good alternative. They work well, clean well and easy to use. The size of the wind and pad are as expected. Some reviews mention leakage. So far that had not been a problem.. Time will tell as I continually use them.
