Joseph Joseph 81009 Nest Storage Plastic Food Storage Containers Set with Lids Airtight Microwave Safe, 12-Piece

After purchasing these I now have 3 full sets. And I LOVE them. They are amazing for storing foods, both dry and fresh. Even liquids can be safety stored when they're kept upright and not jostled. Granted, I haven't tried them in a lunch takeout capacity but I have stored leftover stew in them in the fridge, which has been knocked on its side without spillage. The colour coordination is such a simple but inspired touch that it becomes mindless to fit them together. Mine go through the dishwasher all the time and haven't distorted, barely any staining from foods - I only noticed the slight yellow tinge on the old when compared to the new, but it's nowhere near enough to think it's 'ruined'. You might think it's expensive for some Tupperware, and you may be right, but consider the fact that these will last you for years if looked after properly. I've had supermarket branded, generic, flimsy Tupperware only last a few months before it cracked, or leaked, or the seal comes off, or the lid is too warped or shrunk to actually fit anymore. So in the end, these are a very good investment.

Excellent quality and it's really helpful that they fit inside each other - we never have enough storage space in our kitchen so it really does help! The lids are very secure and it all nests nicely even if you remove one or two of them. Before purchasing I struggled to find the sizes of the different boxes, so here they are: - Yellow: 3.5"x5"x2" - Orange: 4.5"x6"x2.5" - Red: 5.5"x7"x3" - Purple: 6.5"x8.5"x3.5" - Blue: 7.5"x9"x4" - Green: 8.5"x10.5"x4.5"

Nice set of containers. Can tell the quality is much better than the set we had from Ikea. The plastic is much more firm and doesn't hold smells and stains from the colouring of food after washing. The different sizes are just right for what we need as we don't tend to keep food in large batches anyway. The lids could be a bit easier to snap into place when storing but other than that, not much complaint. Certainly helps keeps things tidy and compact in our tiny kitchen!

2 years on and these still get used. Lids only just starting to give up after being used 5 days a week! Great value for money.

Very misleading description I thought 8 piece would mean 8 boxes as I have bought 2 other 8 piece sets and they had 8 boxes not 4 boxes.

This is such a brilliant yet effective idea. How had nobody thought of it before. I was forever getting a face full of tupperwear everytime I opened the cupboards and I could never find a matching lid. These tubs are made of really strong quite thick plastic but still light. My husband uses one of the large purple ones as his lunchbox everyday and it still looks like new. They have no staining despite having spaghetti bolagnaise, curry, tomato soups and beetroot in them. I have put them in the freezer, in the microwave, dishwasher and used the lids as temporary chopping boards and they still all look like new. This particular set has a great selection of sizes and I use all of them (I am so fed up of getting 1 useful size and tonnes of tiny pots that don't fit anything in). I am planning to buy some more sizes when I have some free cash. Even though they are well worth the money, they are a bit of an investment and more expensive than most tupperware. I would definitely recommend as a gift or for use at home.

Disappointing. They do not seal! They leak! Yes they stack, great idea; but that's the 1 and only star. Will not buy again and now need to return to pick and block.

Die Aufbewahrungsbehälter von Joseph Joseph sind einfach nur praktisch. Wir haben leider nur wenig Platz in unserer winzigen Küche und daher suchte ich nach einem platzsparenden Aufbewahrungssystem. Nach einem großen Set habe ich nun diese beiden als kleine Ergänzung gekauft und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Die Deckel schließen gut und die Dosen sehen schick aus.

This is my second set of Joseph Joseph Storage containers, and they work very well. The fact that you can nest them together is great. I am not sure, but I think they were probably one of the first - if not the first - ones to do that. And these lids stay on tight so you don’t have to worry about air getting in to your products. They are very durable and easy to clean also. A super product and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for sturdy containers.

I've been using it for a long time. A very convenient set of trays. Clear marking. They wash well.

Wow! The first actual completely nesting set of storage containers I've ever seen! They perfectly store inside each other and save tons of space!! I love them! Super good quality as well, I highly recommend them!
