Amazing
Old vac cleaner was dying in my inground pool and a friend recommended a bot cleaner. I did my research, reading tons of reveiws, watching videos, comparing brands, models, features, and cost. Finally ordered the c1 pro. I've used it for a week and am very happy with it. Charged up in couple hours. Connection with bluetooth and wifi using app was a breeze. Realized after using it a few times that I don't really need the app or connection.Charge it up a couple hours. Cap the charging port. Push the on button and select a cleaning mode. Drop in pool and walk away. For the next 2+ hours it scrubbed the pool. It easily climbed the walls and even cleaned above the water line. It made efforts on the ledges and stairs...it tried... retured and found it parked at edge of pool. Hooked it and lifted it out ( not too heavy). Opened cover and lifted out the garbage bin. Ewww, it was full. Spayed it off, dropped it back in and shut the hood. Connected the charger and I was done.Quality seems excellent. It looks really cool, especially watching it zip around or surfacing at the edge of the wall. I think it's a great bang the buck product. Bonus is no more suction hose.I used it 4 times the first two days until the bin stopped picking up so much. Very happy with the purchase.

USED ITEM! BUT PRODUCT WORKS WELL.
When the item arrived, the box was obviously repackaged. There were watermarks all over the robot, indicating that it was a used item. I immediately requested a return for a full refund. However, I did try the item to be able to leave a practical review. As you can see from the photo, it does a very good job scrubbing both side walls and the floor of the pool. I decided to keep the item after all.I do not know why the company sent a used item. I can give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they tested the item prior to shipping to ensure quality control. If that was the case, then the company should put a note in the box indicating that. In their favor, the robot does its job.Overall, recommended.

Poor cleaning, not worth the price
For the price the pool should be clean after used. There was still a good amount of debris on the pool bottom, after using the bottom only setting. The app really is just for show and has little to no functionality. Support is poor to say the least. They would rather argue with you instead of resolving their own product issues. Thankfully if you catch the issues early use Amazon’s return policy. Better yet do yourself a favor and find a cleaner that actually works.

This cleaner is AMAZING!
I had borrowed my uncles Wybot Osprey 700 (a now 1.5yr old model) when my pool pump powered cleaning robot wasn't able to get enough suction from my now variable speed pool pump. I was quite impressed with his Wybot that I did my own research and discovered this WYBOT C1 Pro and WYBOT C1. I decided on the Pro since it has an App. The robot arrived in a well packaged box with a few extra pieces to add buoyancy if needed. I charged it and just before putting it in the pool I loaded up the app on my phone, but couldn't login via the app. I tracked it down to the "safe site" setting on my EERO and had to setup a profile on the EERO to include my cell phone and then add wybotpool.com to the site sites list. After this was done the App worked flawlessly. I powered on the Wybot C1 Pro while it say poolside (NOT in the water yet) and it appeared in the app immediately. I then setup my pool profile (shape of pool: Freeform) and the pool lining type: Gunite). I set the cleaning (for the first go) at the default time and selected walls and floor. Finally I placed the Wybot into the water near the wall of the shallow end and after about 1 minute the robot started moving some water and off it went. I watched it clean the perimeter of the pool and then I checked back on it some 2 hours later and it had parked itself against the shallow-end wall. I used the provided hook to retrieve the robot. I cleaned out the basket which had a LOT of material (leaves and sand). After allowing some time for the robot to air dry (~2 hours) I attached the charger. The next day I ran the robot a second time and selected Floors only and once again I was impressed with the amount of sand and material in the basket. I can see the pool is very, very clean now. I will likely wait till next weekend to run it a third time. You don't need the app to select the cleaning method of walls and or Floors, as you can select this by pressing the power button to cycle through, but you will want the app if you want to setup the pool profile and the cleaning cycles.
