The product lasted well over a year and was performing very well. There were frequent power fluctuations and disruptions in my area and then the product stopped working all of a sudden. The light was still ON, but it stopped providing any backup. I complained to the customer care and wanted to enquire if they would repair the product. To my surprise, the customer care executive - Ashish helped me a lot by receiving permission from his management for a free replacement of my used product which was even out of warranty. I have been using the product for my wifi router for the last 2 years. It has saved the day for me on multiple occasions. Has a decent backup and sustained the uninterrupted connection during my work hours. ***I was not required to use the battery for more than an hour ever so far.My only feedback for the manufacturer, is to give a proper indication (maybe a different colored light) to understand whether the device is using power from the supply or the battery.

Very easy to use, just plug and wait for an hour to charge first time. That's all. You are all set.However, the battery backup time is less than promised. It lasts 2 hrs at max. I'm going with 3.5 star.I bought it in Feb 2025, overall a good product, very useful.Update: Oakter team replaced the product without any hassles. Good responsibile team.
