Amazon Brand - Solimo Medium Roast Coffee Pods, Colombian, Compatible with Keurig 2.0 K-Cup Brewers, 100 Count

I was pleasantly surprised by these Solimo Colombian Medium Roast pods. The coffee is incredibly smooth and well-balanced, with no bitter aftertaste. It has a mild, clean flavor with subtle floral notes that make it easy to enjoy black, although it also works well with milk or creamer. A big variety of blends available. Will try dark roast next. The pods work perfectly in my Keurig brewer with no issues, and they’re compatible with both Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 machines. Each pod contains a moderate amount of caffeine (around 75–100 mg per cup, depending on the brew size), which is just right for a morning pick-me-up without being overwhelming. Medium roast, so it retains some of the bean’s natural sweetness and floral notes while avoiding bitterness. The 100% Colombian Arabica beans produce a smooth, medium-bodied cup with low-to-medium acidity, subtle floral notes, and a clean finish. It’s flavourful without being overpowering, making it an excellent everyday coffee. Arabica beans are known for being smoother and more flavourful than Robusta. At only $8.72 for 24 pods, the value is excellent. You get a fresh-tasting Colombian coffee at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be buying these again.

Love this coffee. Is smooth and not too strong but with great taste and no after taste bitterness. Price is reasonable. Have used for over a year and will continue using unless price gets out of hand and can't afford.

Great coffee, especially for the price. I thought the Happy Belly Amazon brand was way too weak, so I decided to try this one. So much better. It has a rich flavor and not weak at all (I use 9-10oz of water). It doesn’t compare to Starbucks Pike Place (my absolute fav), but I can’t expect it to. This one is inexpensive, but still good quality. However, the packaging is questionable. On several occasions, the top of the pod will pop off during the brew cycle causing coffee grounds to spew all inside the machine. Never had a problem like this with any other brand. So far, it’s still worth the effort to clean everything up though. May change my mind if it gets worse….

The Columbian coffee is very good. The French Roast is ok but the Dark Roast is very acidic and somewhat bitter. Not happy with the shipment because I ordered Columbia, the box is stamped Columbian but it's mostly the dark Roast and French roast. I didn't really get what I ordered.

Pods are much smaller than regular pods. Although the pods do fit in Keurig and other Pod-type coffee makers, the Solimo coffee grounds’ weight per pod is a gram less than other pods. Pictures show Columbian coffee: Gevalia v. Solimo. Aside from the darker, richer looking Gevalia, the Solimo is 1 gram less (10 v 9, respectively). 100 pods = 100 grams less (3.63 ounces). So, 100 grams less comes out to 11.11 FEWER pods! (100 divided by 9 grams per pod.) So although these pods appear to cost less up front, in reality, I’m getting >11 fewer pods compared to other brand, while overpaying $4.62 (at $0.42 per pod X 100 pod—which is actually costing almost $0.47 PER POD not $0.42/pod!! ($4.62/100 = $0.05). Taste, flavor of these pods is fair.

This was very tasty with a smooth, bold flavor. I was surprised by the quality considering the very low price.
