The box of pasta had come open inside the desertcart bag and the jumbo shells has spilled out and broken into pieces. I ordered them because I couldn't find any of the jumbo size locally and I needed them by a certain time. So I paid almost 4 times the cost of what I would've paid locally for nothing but chips & pieces. Lesson learned!

Item came broken
Nearly every single shell was partially or completely broken. I can’t return or get refund. Be careful buying. Not worth it.

Over 1/3 of the shells were broken
The condition of the box and the number of broken shells is unacceptable. I would like a credit if some sort but I don’t think this is possible. I am sure the surviving pasta shells will taste fine but I will never order this product again.
