I use these for egg free pancakes. The mixture needs to be slightly thicker than an egg based mixture and you'll need a non stick pan, they are also quite delicate. But now I've got the hang of it it works ok. The flavour isn't as good as an egg pancake but it means my allergic son doesn't feel left out and he likes them.

I bought this as a vegan substitute but actually found it useful generally for baking if you've run out of eggs. Smells eggy initially but easy to use.

Been using this product for a while. Fab alternative to eggs so I can use for my baking without any problems.
