Great customer service & product
I purchased the 12ft patio umbrella in April 2022; however, because we are landscaping, it sat in the box for a long time. My 26-year-old daughter put it together for me with not too much difficulty. We only started using the umbrella recently and I noticed we were missing the knob that tightens so the handle doesn't slide down the pole. I contacted Lausaint thru their website and explained the issue. I offered to pay for the knob but was told they would send it to me at no charge. I would definitely give this company a five star on customer service and product.
