The new lock is in the factory mode by default, any fingerprint can be opened. Please register the user first. After the first user successfully registers, the factory mode will be automatically canceled. Only the registered fingerprint can open.

Is this fingerprint padlock suitable for outdoor use?

No，This smart padlock is not waterproof. it can prevent splashing water, but if the rain is heavy or soaked, water can enter through the USB port or other gaps, damaging the circuit board.

What mobile apps does this locker padlock support?

Only the black colour model supports, other colour model does not support; the app name is "esmartlock", please download it from the App Store on iOS, or download it from Google Play on Android.
