Ease Of Use
This, for me, was easy to use and equally as good as Microsoft Office.

Not very useful instructions on Google about how to get round this ...
Will not install on Windows 10 - error message 2503. The CD won't install either. Not their problem, they say. Not very useful instructions on Google about how to get round this error. So far, a waste of £40. I might change the rating if my PC adviser can help me with this. Luckily, it is a back up for my main WP. My PC adviser managed to get this installed after getting into the insides of Windows. I would not have had any chance at all of doing this.

Poor customer service
I have been using Softmaker Office 2016 very successfully for the past couple of years. I upgraded to Office 2018 and successfully installed it on one Windows 10 machine but when I installed it on a second Windows 10 machine it would not run despite apparently having been successfully installed. Messages for help to Softmaker via their Live Chat, email and the support forum all went unanswered. It appears that they do not want to know. The program itself is excellent but if you can't get it to run on your particular computer, don't expect any help from Softmaker.
