My kids love it. Took several hours to put together. The swings need staked down to be more sturdy.

Beyond Unsatisfied
When we received the package we were excited to say the least, because it was almost a week early. HOWEVER..... the box was damaged and torn on one side.We did not think anything of it, and put it up so our son would not see it until we set it up for him on Christmas Eve night. When we went to out it together, not only were there MULTIPLE pieces missing, not a single spring was in the box. I have never ordered something and been so unpleased by it.

The media could not be loaded. I am a female(24) and I put this whole thing together by myself. Very easy. All parts were there . And we are loving it so far . 16ft trampoline by the way

Seems Good But Some Concerns
So, this arrived in a box that was ripped open in multiple places and looked really terrible, but at least all the parts were there.I specifically chose this trampoline because it says Max Load Weight:1000 lbs and I wanted my kids and their friends to be able to jump on it together, but the information in the instruction manual says Max Load Weight is 330 pounds and NOT 1,000. That's a HUGE difference.Also, the net does not fit. I'm going to reach out after writing this review about it because I don't know if the net was just improperly marked as a 16ft net or if they run small, but no matter what I do, it will NOT fit the trampoline.All in all, my kids are enjoying it, but I do have concerns about their safety when I buy what is supposed to have an enclosed net and a 1,000 pound max load limit only to see that the trampoline itself claims 700 pounds LESS.

Sturdy
This is a sturdy trampoline. We got it for an 8 yr. old and a 2 yr. old and an adult It handles these 3 very well. The ladder came with it and everything needed to put it together. It did take 2 people 2 hours to assemble. The size is sufficient for our family and friends. We did not attempt to install the basketball net at this time. We recommend this item.

Not worth the money, time, or effort
I bought this and was delivered. No screws were included. So they sent out a replacement. I bought this BECAUSE IT SAYS MAX WEIGHT 330 pounds at LEAST TWICE in the description. Finally got it put together and it says ONE PERSON at a time up to 130 pounds. No flips, high jumps and to only land on feet. I can return it yes. But I’d have to take the whole thing down and repack it. I’m so ANGRY. It was so much work to get it up to begin with. My two children are upset because it’s a piece of crap and they can’t jump and flip and be kids together on it. Do not buy this. Amazon has gone to crap lately. Zero stars.
