Do Nuvium's rubber ramps have an unpleasant odor?

Our rubber threshold ramps are made from natural rubber. There may be a slight smell of rubber when you first receive it, but this is harmless to the human body and you can use it indoors and outdoors without worry.

When I received the rubber ramp it was very curved, what should I do with it?

Since the rubber ramp is made of flexible material, it will bend slightly after packing. To speed up the recovery of the ramp, you can break it in the opposite direction of the bend in the ramp, or press it with a heavy object for a while to recover.

What if I receive a rubber ramp that is not the right length?

These ramps are available in 35.5" wide and can be freely cut and spliced to fit different threshold widths, and the remaining part can also be used as a doorstop to protect your threshold from damage.

Does the ramp slip when used? Can it be secured to the ground?

Rubber has inherent non-slip qualities, and we have designed a non-slip surface that greatly reduces the likelihood of slipping. There is a double-sided sticker on the back for better results on smooth floors.

What should we be aware of before using Nuvium rubber ramps?

Please test to make sure your flooring material will not absorb color before use, including but not limited to easy-to-color tiles, PVC, Styrofoam, plastic, vinyl flooring, etc.
