We always research products before buying them, and stick with the ones that work best for us. This product works very well. We look for products with a small amount of ingredients, and that have ingredients that we can read and understand. Also, a good product is one that can be taken on an empty stomach. We've found that if it causes issues, nasuea, upset stomach, acid reflux, it's not a pure product or that there are other added ingredients that aren't good for you. Listen to your body! This product can be taken on an empty stomach with a glass of water with no issues, and gives you mental clarity quickly with just the right amount of energy. Will buy again :)

As someone who's been following the Ketogenic lifestyle across the last 9 months (90 lbs lost, thank you), I wanted to add something to the mix to help boost energy and reduce inflamation. But I'm also one who "suffers" (loosely speaking) from the autoimmune disease, vitiligo (eg: The Michael Jackson disease). So, in seeking remedies to slow down the spread of depigmentation, I decided to try gingko biloba, I found this bottle from VH Nutrition and was hooked. The price was great and it lasted me a couple months with taking one a day. The spread of vitiligo has definitely slowed down, and I believe the hyperpigmentation that's been collecting around the white patches of skin has faded slightly as well. Hard to truly speak confidently to that being only 2 months in, but I definitely feel better about it all. As to how I feel by adding this to my Keto regimen, I've definitely felt more energetic than usual. Keto in itself has loads of benefits such as lower blood pressure, little to no sweating, better clarity, more energy, etc. But I've definitely noticed the mornings I've forgotten to take my supplement, feeling a little less energetic than usual. So this is a go-to supplement for me going forward.

- THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE OR A RECOMMENDATION!!! I was taking Celexa & Buspar to treat Aphasia and to help with migraines. Of course, it just started with Celexa then later 4 other drugs were added each with their own special side effects. I hate having to wait 6 weeks to see if a medicine is going to work while the doctors are playing the EXPENSIVE trial and error game. Well, the Celexa did work for the aphasia but I gained 23lbs and it did nothing for the migraines. I had an insurance scare where I realized that one day I may have to either figure out how to pay for this Celexa out of pocket or go back to feeling like I am in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Well, I bought this Ginko in Late November after tapering off of all of my other Rx's over a course of 6 weeks (Which was brutal). I slipped back into brain fog, my Ginko pills arrived & I started taking 1 capsule daily on 11/29/20. I would say about 2 weeks I am sharp, quicker to find my words in a conversation, and able to organize my thoughts to prioritize getting needed task done... My only fear is either they will stop selling this or it will stop working.

I recently started thinking about taking a ginkgo supplement because I've read about all of the health benefits. I was mainly interested in it for what I've heard it can do for memory, focus, etc, but after looking it up, ginkgo seems pretty great for you all around. After some research I decided on this product because of the price, ingredients (no weird additional stuff) and the positive reviews. I've been using it for about a month now and feel I've seen an increased ability to focus and it is supposed to be very good for your circulation, something you cannot necessarily perceive but that is the science behind it. The pills are easy to swallow and there is a slight 'plant-like' aftertaste but nothing unpleasant or overpowering. I will continue to buy this product.

The overall rating we will be given after a few months, we just go the bottle. The 5 stars are for easy to swallow, flavor and money, for results too early. We are getting into a new nutrition regimen in preparation for a hike. Several climbers have recommended ginkgo. We have a few months to go, and we will report once we are back, about the experience. Curiously, the bottle reads 30 days supply, but in the back reads one capsule a day. Which should we follow?
